Villas in Larnaca

i love the facilities and everything that came with it … i love the facts that my kids were comfortable all through and feels homely . Had a mini party for our daughter and everyone who stopped by had something good to say about the apartment . The host and his families are as well good people . Would come back again.

It's very clean and nice villa

Close to the beach and perfect for trips around Cyprus The pool was fantastic to cool down at the end of the day Close to major roads and stores Few nice restaurants in the area Would highly recommend Hopefully we can come back to visit Cyprus again Thank you for a fantastic stay

Very nice villa. It has everything you need. Also nice amd clean pool. The host was very helpful.

At first we were a bit hesitant, because of low amount of reviews but I am so glad we decided to stay there! The house exceeded every expectation, facilities and tech was of highest quality, perfect swimming pool and a hot tub, rooms were very comfortable, location was quite remote but still close to Larnaca by a car. Host was always eager to help and very easy to communicate with. Will most definitely stay there again!

The house was very spacious with everything necessary. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Very welcoming hosts, quiet location with a large terrace. Beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean.

We loved absolutely everything! It honestly made our whole vacation 10 times better. Not only does it feel homey but it also has everything you possibly need. The house was spotless despite it being quite large, everything worked amazing and we were surprised that the TV actually had channels in our home language. But above everything, the owners are simply just as wonderful. They are kind, funny and helped us a lot on our first day there and with the bus schedule. We are so thankful for this above expectations experience and wish you the best 🤗

The location is fantastic, a short walk to the beach and promenade, restaurants and coffee shops, and yet this little house is secluded and peaceful. The house has a very nice yard, and overall it was very pleasant to stay there. Gregory was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

A wonderful place to stay! It’s just a steps from the sea. The beautifully landscaped green grounds are a real treat for the eyes. There is a cozy patio and a terrace perfect for spending pleasant evenings. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay, down to the smallest detail. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant. The location is great — close to Larnaca and not far from the airport. We had a fantastic vacation and would love to come back. Thank you!

Impeccably clean, Spacious, comfortable. Great comfy bed Modern large shower Quaint outside patio Superb communication Fully equipped kitchenette Quiet and able to darken with shutters Easy to find, 15-20mins walking to centre and beach. 10/10 would recommend without a blink.

Calm area, close to the beach and very beautiful

The property is stunning. The view and direct access to the beach obviously is an absolute highlight. The interior design is warm and welcoming. You truly feel like at home. The living room is also really bright during the day as it faces directly the sun and you even have balcony’s outside of each room (2 of the bedrooms have balcony’s facing directly the beach). What really stood out to me apart from the really beautiful property, is the amazing customer service from the house management. They kept me informed about everything, the check in was so easy and well organized. And also the moment I had any questions, even late at night, I always got quick replies and immediately support. I travel a lot and I can say, that this level of costumer support was extraordinary! Thanks for this amazing stay

House was just like prescribed. We had all the facilities needed, host even left some extra stuff for us and was always available and kind to help us in case of question. Beds were comfortable. It was clean if we keep in mind that it’s a beachfront house and it’s very difficult to keep it clean from sand and humidity. TV, gas, hot and cold water, air conditioner, wifi were working very good. Neighbourhood was amazingly friendly. It was nice also to drink cup of coffee under a lemon tree in the morning while reading and playing with cats 🐈. It was just few steps to the beach, where sand was really the best compared to nearby areas. There were shops , tavern, ice cream and coffee houses which were very great for spontaneous planning.

It was clean and in a great location. Perfect for families with young children.
