You have everything you need every one was helpful the property in prime location and give you luxury life feeling

The villa is beautiful, very high quality building and very spacious and fully equipped with 3 rooms and a beautiful shower for every room, a full kitchen and living room and a washing machine. They thought of everything from the sheets, to the towels and the cleaning material, the fille equipped kitchen was excellent. Everything is brand new. The pool is amazing and the surrounding is very peaceful. It's everything you need for a homey get away from home. The staff was very mindful and kind and helped with our queries when we said one of the faucets was leaking they got a plumber to fix it instantly.

We rent 2 villas. Very nice one of the villas, the cameras big and clean. The location is nice, but to the first supermarket you need to walk like 12 minutes. But the beach is very close and Tulum beach bar is very nice.

Great stay near to the Protaras beautiful beaches, near shops and center. The villas are comfortable, clean, having all facilities one need ! Host is very friendly, attentive and supporting, a pleasure to interact with. We will definably come back here!

Liked the WhatsApp from Victoria (MyExclusivevillas) a couple of days before arrival saying she was there to help when we arrived (great directions by the way) The villa was big, comfortable and well equipped - a five minute stroll to Protaras strip / ten to the main beach. Nice welcome pack of tea / coffee / milk / wine etc!

Great location, the villa itself is spacious and and in excellent condition. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. Great value for the price! Recommend it!

Great location. 10 mins walk to the beach. Walking distance to the best restaurants in town. Well equipped supermarket. All sports channels you can think of to watch the premier league. Water cooler etc etc

Perfect position easy to get to everything Lovely decor perfectly clean

What a beautiful property; well located and decked out with everything you need. The private pool was definiitely a highlight and we spent alot of time enjoying the outdoor area. It was clean and well maintained and will definitely look at booking it again. Walking distance to Turtle beach which was one of our favourites in Cyprus due to it being secluded and not touristy. Loved our stay here.
