Everything..... The house was clean, comfortable and really well stocked ( lots of herbs/oil/condiments in the kitchen) plus beach cushions and games which you could use. The roof terrace, what a view. We had many great BBQ's and fun evenings in the hot tub

We loved everything about the property, the pool, the views, the seating area, the barbecue, the location, the host. Everything was just perfect. Luka met us on arrival, lovely helpful guy. he’d also put food and drinks in fridge which was very thoughtful. There are many beaches in the area, took us about 10 minutes to walk to the closest one. About 20 min walk to the beautiful village of Splitska. Could probably do it quicker but we were taking in the breathtaking views. Shop in the village and a few restaurants and cafe bar. Would highly recommend staying at holiday home bliss.

All of the rooms were well equipped - TV, Streaming media, air con, BT music centre and knock out views of the coast. The living area was spacious, very spacious with a very well equipped kitchen. The outdoor terrace sported a crystal clear infinity pool, BBQ area, dining area and loads of room to decide if you wish to lie in the shade or sun bathe. Teo provides an excellent villa and always goes one step further. It's not that he provides a jacuzzi, infinity pool, sauna, table tennis, bikes etc but more importantly, they are all properly maintained and ready to go! We also took Teo up on his boat trip offer. It was set for the calmest day of our week. We stopped off at Sutivan port, had a morning coffee and a spot of shopping before heading over to a beautiful neighbouring sandy beach complete with a lovely restaurant. Things to do: Get up early and enjoy the coolness of the day. Walk down to Splitska and grab a coffee and a swim. Alternatively, take the pine walk to Postira and track down the Inkognito bar - great vibe Or if you want to ramp things up a bit book a Paddle court at Supetar

We stayed at Villa Rasotica for 8 days and had a truly relaxing and beautiful time as a family. The villa itself is spacious, clean, and very well-equipped with a large outdoor pool and a fantastic summer kitchen. But what made our stay truly special was Angela, the warm-hearted lady who welcomed us like family. She was always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed—from tips about the area to making sure we were comfortable. Her presence gave our holiday a personal and heartfelt touch. We are deeply thankful and would love to return again!

The outdoor space was fabulous. Lots and lots of areas to catch the sun or chill out of the sun. Egg chairs, outside four poster bed (!!), lots of sun loungers, swings. There’s also a roof top terrace for all day sun. The pool was immaculately clean and perfect size for us. The jacuzzi is also great addition - we all Loved it. There’s an outdoor table tennis table which our kids found a great distraction in the evenings. Inside was really clean and the 3 double bedrooms a great size. We cooked a good few nights and found facilities very good.

It's a lovely old building in a quiet historic village. There's not a lot there, but as long as that's what you want, the location is excellent.
