Great quiet location, amazing views and walking distance down the hill to cafe's and restaurants. Hosts were very accomodating and picked up and dropped us back (with a lot of luggage) to the ferry.

This house was gorgeous. The house was light and spacious and very tastefully decorated. There was air conditioning which was a bonus as the weather was very hot. The kitchen was well equipped, including a washer/dryer. The house was easy to access by foot from the ferry. There were grocery shops close by, restaurants and cafes all very close by. There are a couple of bars and restaurants close by that are really lovely and have great sea views. There are some beach areas close by to the house which were ok but we chose to walk to the beach the other side of the town which was near the church which has plenty of shade, a park and a beach bar close by. Vis was a lovely peaceful island, fairly unspoilt by tourism. It did seem a little expensive and I think this is partly due to the fact that there seems to be lots of yachts sailing to the island and staying.

The proximity to the dock meant that we had endless entertainment watching the sailors park their yachts. We loved the decor,vibe, communication and everything offered.Restaurants and bars are so close and a swim ladder at the end of the dock made for a happy stay.

The view from the windows was stunning. The neighborhood was quiet- great for rest. The Host is very nice and helpful.

We stayed at the house for 5 nights with a family of 7 and a small child. The hosts were extremely polite and welcoming. The house was dreamy with lots of social spaces and a lovely pool. You can walk to a nearby supermarket and a recommendable restaurant in 10 minutes, and to the beach in 20 minutes.
