Surrounded by paddy fields and overlooking the Indian Ocean, this family-friendly resort features spacious duplex villas with balconies, kitchens and dining areas. The resort is in a quiet place in the middle of rice fields and small villages. It takes a 15 minute ride to the next big city (Bajera) if you want to buy something, but we had a car. Bajera also has a nice traditional market, which provides good photo opportunities. The resort even offers rental bikes for free and rental motor bikes are free for the first 2 hours, which was a positive surprise for us. The breakfast is very delicious, you can choose between different options every day. On some days, when we were very hungry, we ordered extra food which you then need to pay for, but the prices are reasonable. We also had dinner twice. The appartments were cleaned every day. Everything is in good condition. The best part of the property is the pool, which is nice and big, as on the photos. It's best to have a car if you stay there and want to explore other places from there. I underestimated the drive times. We went to the beach once by bicycle. It's about 2km away. The beach itself is nice (black sand) and almost nobody was there in early February. You will find some garbage on the beach though (usually plastic parts). But we have enjoyed swimming in the waves. Overall, the price for what we got was very good. And the owner supports the local community around with the money they make, which is nice, too.

The whole complex is new, stylish and very clean. Our apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished and perfectly equipped. The private pool with views of the greenery was a dream! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They always helped with a smile and really made us feel cared for. I have several food allergies and they went out of their way to adjust my breakfast requests without any problem – the breakfast was rich, varied and very tasty. The villa is like a small oasis of peace in the middle of the jungle – quiet, private and surrounded by nature, yet still close enough to explore Ubud and the surrounding area. Honestly, this was one of the most beautiful accommodations we’ve ever stayed in and we were sad to leave. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a mix of luxury, nature and warm Balinese hospitality 🤍

It’s such a tropical vibe with all the plants everywhere and the outdoor shower.
