He was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful from the moment we arrived until our departure. Always available to answer any questions, give recommendations, and make sure we felt at home. It’s rare to find such a genuinely welcoming person! We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Matera. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

One of the biggest pluses was the private parking, which made arriving and getting around so much easier. The unit itself was spotless and clearly very well maintained. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful!! Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

The apartment is huge, walls and ceiling built from limestone (tufo), with beautiful interior design. Nothing is missing here, super clean, perfectly located and free parking is a huge bonus if you are driving to Matera. Roberto, the owner, was a star of the day. Besides his limited knowledge of English he managed to explain to us everything that we needed to know. If we ever come back to Matera we will definitely stay again in La perla del tufo.
