During our stay, we made washi paper, visited a knife making village and a world-class ceramic museum, and purchased local artisan pieces. All of these activities were within 20 minutes of the Hideaway Tabaki. We went to a local sushi place that needs to be a Michelin star restaurant called O-edot. It was AMAZING. We feel like the Kondo-san family and Sakae-san are like family. Thanks for a great visit
