An amazing value in Gainesville! Almost completely renovated with all new appliances and LOTS of personality! Very close to Archer Road with all amenities you could want including close proximity to Whole Foods, Panera, Publix and lots of restaurants! About 2.5 miles away from campus, easy drive or uber. Very quiet neighborhood. There is also a lovely outdoor patio and fenced-in backyard for your enjoyment. Approx. 30 minutes from Ginnie Spring and all its beauty!

My previous degree in finance took a big detour and I left it to pursue a Master's degree at UF in interior architecture!
