The hotel room was extremely big, with all the amenities a family would need, especially after a long day at Disney World. The beds are very comfortable! Everything was extremely clean, with great customer service and easy check-in and checkout. The location was perfect, with a 10-minute drive to Disney World. Plenty of restaurants and food shops within walking distance of hotel. We received late checkout, which was awesome and activated our cards to use the facilities after checkout, as we had time before our flight out of Florida.

Hotel was fairly new - beds and room were great. We were on the same floor as the bar and pool and that was very convenient for a family. I thought the staff was relaxed and helpful. Pool was heated and gets great sun, wasn’t too crowded and has a great view despite the location in an area still being developed. We ate breakfast at a place 5 minutes down called pura vida which was the best casual food I’ve ever eaten in florida. I loved it and went 4 times

We stayed four nights in Orlando and went to Seasons Florida Resort in Kissimmee Fl. for a three night stay, we booked a two hour kayak tour at paddling center at shingle creek about three miles from hotel, next day Canyons zip line near by and wild Florida tours Safari all real close to Seasons Florida Resort. we met Peter the owner a very nice and very likeable person. What was great for me was the price of our stay was very reasonable.

The Ritz does not operate better locations anywhere on the beach. The property is literally right on the beach with amazing views and direct beach access. The apartment is a typical Florida rental, it has everything, some areas have been invested in (furniture, some kitchen appliances) and renovated (nice color concept) other areas (bathrooms) would need some updating in the long run.

Fabulous condo hotel, 1 minute walk to the beach and supermarket. Very peaceful pool on the canal side, we would highly recommend it . Rooms have everything you would need, with parking. We spent a night here to get away from Orlando , and would highly recommend the 2 hour drive down , to experience the real Florida in a perfectly positioned condo hotel ! Just a great place to be .

From the moment we checked in the service was exceptional. The receptionist was amazing and welcoming, and the house keepers were as well. Our room was very clean and already cool for us! Which is a first for me staying in hotels. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. We will definitely be picking this hotel for our next vacation to Destin Florida!

First Hotel on our trip through Florida with a decent breakfast (hot and cold). We liked it! We booked a room for 4 people with two queen size beds. The room was spacious, there was plenty of space for all of us including our luggage. Coffee, coffee maker and microwave in the room, free coffee 24/7 in the lobby. Enough parking space, everything just perfect.

I've been coming to the Florida Keys for the past 15 years. Every time I come, I stay at Blackfin Resort. The staff are "ALWAYS" pleasant, and the Hotel is clean and affordable. I "LOVE" the environment and staying at Blackfin Resort. Dining, Shopping and Fishing are all in close proximity, and I Always feel "Stess-Free!!!

It was a perfect hotel with good and friendly staff. always ready help or give you good advice. the beds where good. enough parking space. Only 10 minutes drive from the Walt Disney Resort. 25 minutes drive to the Universal Resort and 1 hour to Kennedy Space Center. So the perfect place to stay if you are wanne visit theme parks in Florida.

I spent there couple days to take rest during my Florida trip. It was great choice. Hotel is situated right on the beach, neighbourhood is safe, clean and quiet. Price is reasonable, good value for money. Unfortunately I haven't met the owner personally but he was easily reached out through mobile when needed. I fully reccomend.

The best points about this hotel was the really competitive price - can pay a lot more, especially nearer to the Orlando Parks. And the location was good - took just under 30 minutes to drive to Universal Studios for example. Also - the room was spacious and the A/C kept us lovely and cool in the Florida heat.

Hotel's location is really convenient, shuttle service from airport to the hotela nd viceversa is a great plus. Breakfats eervice is good. Hotel's staff is very polite and amazing. Great place to stay for price-convenience perspective. I will repeat the experience in my next travel to Florida.

This is the Best Hotel in the Ocala Florida Area. Melissa, Josh as well as the rest of the staff does a Remarkable Job here. Best Professional Hotel that I have Ever been in. They Always make me feel like Family here. It was a honor and Privilege to Stay here.

Really nice and clean rooms! The pool was being renovated but we didn't need it. Wide choice on breakfast - it was much better than in other Hotels in Florida. There was even a kitchen and dishes and a huge fridgerator. They also have a pretty nice garden!

This hotel had all the charm of Florida with a Friendly, Helpful, and attentive staff . The Hotel had a relaxing vibe about it, with a lovely coffee and juice table set in the main sitting area every morning. I will look forward to staying here again !

The property is centrally located in Clearwater Florida. Has a nice pool clean rooms and staff is all friendly and professional. I know the flag at the hotel has changed and it’s still a pleasure to stay here even though it’s not a Magnuson Hotel anymore

NOTHING, couldn’t even check in. On the app it said check in was 21 and when we got to Florida they called and say you had to be 25. When we booked ahead of time. They wait until we there. So we had to book somewhere new and waiting on a refund still.

Location was excellent, apartment was quiet, parking was a breeze, no issues with check-in or check-out, the property was exactly as described. Apartment's A/C held up incredibly well in the hot Florida sun. Loved everything about this place.

If you're looking and are into a old retro Florida Hotel...this is IT!! If you're used to the high rise condos with all the bells & whistles then this ain't your place... and honestly they don't need your negative reviews

Location of Hotel is perfect. just minutes away from everything and place you would like to go. Staff are all nice and rooms were comfy and clean. Great size pool. *Quick Tip; during happy hour, go the compass bar and not the Floridays bar*
