It is family and kids friendly. Kids immediately got excited after reaching there. Lobby is colorful that improves your mood. We took a room on ground floor facing pool and that made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Rooms are spacious. Spend a little extra to get a family room that is with extra living space and a kitchenette. Microwave and fridge in rooms are big enough for even large size pizza. Laundry and ice machines are very near to rooms and that is good. There are several food options inside the resort. It is like a food court. All the options are excellent as well as snack bar and ice creams. Dining area is huge and has several drink machines. Lot of variety and quantity of sauces and dressing are available in dining area. You don’t need to go outside for meals however food delivery option is still there. You can eat your delivered food in the dining area. Best is to get a refill glass for as many days as you are staying. That saves money and gives you liberty. A big Starbucks is also there on the property. The pools are very good for kids and adults. Guards are vigilant and dutiful. Swimming accessories are available on pool. The shop on the site has all essentials you may need. Prices are reasonable. There is a bowling alley with a restaurant, an arcade and several other activities for kids to enjoy and spend time. There are shuttles for Universal parks every 15 minutes however parks are on walkable distance and we enjoyed walking. Staff in front lobby is also helpful. Although there is always hundreds of people checking in and out but the environment and helpfulness make it enjoyable. Except the concierge and ticket selling people. They must be smiling, helpful and guide peoplegg. They just answer the questions in short forms that feels like unfriendly. All other parks and activities are also near including the huge orlando premium outlets mall. Just Disneyland is a little far.

This is a fabulous resort - we could have stayed for weeks. There are so many activities, multiple pools, and a lovely beach. The staff were incredible - especially Nat for organising everything for us and making sure our stay was special. Also PrayGod who was always there to be helpful. We had struggled with where to stay to explore the Keys properly and this was the perfect location - you can take boat trips right off the dock!

The only problem I had was that the TV did not work properly. Other than that the resort is beautiful the grounds are beautiful. Great staff. Easy walk to the beach and pools. I would definitely recommend this resort to others. Visited Clearwater while I was there. I like St Petes so much better. I did not want to leave

Excellent service at the front disc. I had issue with my booked room ocean view because of noice from the air conditioning. I was upgraded immediately . Thanks again for making my stay so incredible good 🤩

The water park and staff especially JB the guys and girls were really lookin after the kids oh and Magdy can sell salt to snail keep up the good work to the staff in general

Hotel is close to beach, supermarket, parks. Hotel is very nice but not fancy. I like that type of enviorment for my family.

Beautiful view, great rooms and very pet friendly. We loved that you could also use the Opal Sun ammeniteis.
