Firstly, I must state that this location for CitizenM was booked by mistake. In all recent visits to Miami, I've found the Brickell area to be the most enjoyable as it is a busy area with the city center a perfect place to hang out. Having arrived at CitizenM's Brickell location and being told we were at the wrong location was a great disappointment. However, after meeting Luccio and team at the Worldcenter location and having a very helpful and friendly encounter where they were very happy to cancel our stay, for free, allowing us to rebook at the Brickell location, but not before him sharing many helpful tips on how to get around the superiority of this location, we decided to follow his advice and stay. This turned out to be the best mistake we've made as this is one of the most modern hotels you can find in Miami. The decor and the use of technology in their rooms, with the view of Bayside from both the room and rooftop Pool being the highlight of our trip.

The fact that when you came off the plane there is a shuttle service .15mins from the airport you can find food in close proximity rooms are clean clarion inn is a hotel I would recommend to my friend and family

This is truly the best hospitality team I have ever dealt with. Everyone working on the 2nd floor, including the reception team and bartenders, was exceptionally friendly, collaborative, and genuinely made my stay joyful. A special thank you and great appreciation to Kat and the housekeeping team for immediately reaching out to me regarding my lost item. Their promptness and care were greatly appreciated.

The staff were extremely professional and friendly. The size of the rooms and the amenities provided were fantastic.

Excellent location ! It is by the Miami River with 2 Metromover Stations 1-2 minute walk away from it , made exploring much easier. Sociable and professional staff .

Location, friendly staff, special thanks to the reception employee Sabrina, she was super friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast (coffee, juice, tea, fruits,muffins, eggs, sausages and cereal); coffee and tea were available 24/7. Amenities are old, but hence the price. We enjoyed the pool, it was always empty.

Having stayed at many hotels in the same location to the airport, the fact that you could not hear a single plane or traffic noise was great for a good nights sleep. The hotel is fairly new and the facilities were immaculate.

Very efficient Reception. I arrive early and was given a room with view. The room was lovely, fresh bathroom and the bed was soft and comfortable to relax peacefully

Free shuttle every 15 mins to/from airport, 3 minute drive to/from airport, fitness center, pool, nice breakfast selection, bar/restaurant open til midnight, big room and comfy bed. Just made our overnight layover EASY!

Very atmospheric accommodation - the property located in a historic bank building with old elevators, but very comfortable, clean. Interesting views from the windows on the Downtown and Metromover lines. Good location, next to Bayfront Park. Very good breakfasts with a lot of choice.

The room was quite large and roomy. My husband is a realtor and always on the job. He loved the oversized desk.

The room was impeccably clean, with fresh towels and comfortable beds boasting crisp linens. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's modern room design. The location was perfect for my needs.
