The decoration and staff attention.

The check-in experience was easy and went very well. The location of the property served it's purpose really well as it was close to stores the airport and the cruise port. The free shuttle is what really sold this place for me. The staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions. The rooms were nice and comfortable.

We met V at the hotel who assisted us with everything from the first day. She was so kind and helpful! In general we liked our stay at the hotel as breakfast had healthy and excellent cooked dishes and the pool on the 11th floor had an amazing view.

I had 8 hours of transit heading overseas. I was so tired from getting ready for my trip and balancing work, and saying goodby to my love ones, and friends. The Booking was very smooth, staff member helps me took the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Hottell was so close to the airport, staffing was blessing to see professionally working and caring their customer's. They help and willing to fulfill the customer's satisfaction were No,1.

Excellent location ! It is by the Miami River with 2 Metromover Stations 1-2 minute walk away from it , made exploring much easier. Sociable and professional staff .

This is truly the best hospitality team I have ever dealt with. Everyone working on the 2nd floor, including the reception team and bartenders, was exceptionally friendly, collaborative, and genuinely made my stay joyful. A special thank you and great appreciation to Kat and the housekeeping team for immediately reaching out to me regarding my lost item. Their promptness and care were greatly appreciated.

Very convenient, close to airport. Last minute booking due to flight delay, they were very flexibile. Comfy beds, all together really good.

I don’t understand why people rates this hotel as bad, for a 2 star hotel is perfect: very comfortable, excellent location, brilliant staff, lovely decoration. It was really a good experience.
