People work there really care about making your stay exceptional! very clean place with super comfy beds, small kitchenette, microwave and everything else you need for a short stay. easy communication with the host. there was no problem with things like getting more toilet paper or anything, host responds super fast. we had access to the pool. there’s a 7/11 nearby as well. maybe don’t repeat our mistake and don’t book it for 6 people, it was a bit crowded.

I would like to sincerely thank Felipe for his outstanding care and support during our stay. At the beginning, we didn’t fully understand that this was an Airbnb-style accommodation, but Felipe patiently explained everything to us. Communication via WhatsApp was fast, clear, and very helpful. What I appreciated the most was that he offered his help anytime we might need it — it was our first time in the USA and, with our limited English, it wasn’t always easy for us. The apartment was in perfect condition — very clean, fully equipped, and ideal for a family with children. We had plenty of space, separate rooms, a large wardrobe, a TV, a dishwasher, and a fully equipped kitchen. A big bonus was the washer and dryer, which we used during our stay, so we left with clean clothes — something we really appreciated. Felipe also helped us a lot when we experienced an unhelpful attitude from the reception staff — his willingness to assist and solve the situation meant a lot to us. Thanks to him, our stay in Miami with children was calm, comfortable, and stress-free. Thank you once again — this level of care is truly exceptional.
