The stuff was very kind and helpful. The amazing lady on reception wrote us instruction with all info needed on our language. Although the reception was closed at the time of our arrival, she welcomed us and prepare everything for our comfortable stay. She also explained me carefully all related the public transport and directions to Miami beach, as well as the city center. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. I would defenetly stay here again.

We were warmly welcomed and looked after for the whole trip. The room was big, spacious and had good AC. The bed was huge! Our hairdryer wasn’t working and the owner kindly gave us one for our whole stay. Brilliant value for money.

Everything was great! Great accomodation, clean, close to the beach and main attractions in South Beach, yet not noisy at all. I liked that they offer bath toiletries (shampoo, soap etc) which seemed reasonably good! Check in instructions were super clear and easy to follow. Also the parking lot they can arrange for you for some cost was great and easy to park. Hector was super nice and helped us with all we needed! He also answered quickly whenever we would send questions by written! I would come back to the same hotel if ever in Miami again!
