Everything was great! Great accomodation, clean, close to the beach and main attractions in South Beach, yet not noisy at all. I liked that they offer bath toiletries (shampoo, soap etc) which seemed reasonably good! Check in instructions were super clear and easy to follow. Also the parking lot they can arrange for you for some cost was great and easy to park. Hector was super nice and helped us with all we needed! He also answered quickly whenever we would send questions by written! I would come back to the same hotel if ever in Miami again!

The property is beautiful with lots of space and amenities you need, great pool, gym, spa etc. But the best about the stay is the excellent service you get. People work there really care about making your stay exceptional! We loved everything and super grateful for everyone who works there and amazing apartment with the great views of the city and water.

This is an amazing hotel. It is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The rooftop is amazing, and we had it for ourselves most of the time. Loved that we had complimentary beds and umbrellas at the beach. The staff was also super nice. We loved our stay!

I liked the hotel's location: in the heart of South Beach, with lots of restaurants nearby and a free public transportation stop nearby. The staff was very friendly and always available, and the manager was extremely attentive and welcoming. I will definitely return to this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
