Everyone working on the 2nd floor, including the reception team and bartenders, was exceptionally friendly, collaborative, and genuinely made my stay joyful. A special thank you and great appreciation to Kat and the housekeeping team for immediately reaching out to me regarding my lost item. Their promptness and care were greatly appreciated.

Excellent location ! It is by the Miami River with 2 Metromover Stations 1-2 minute walk away from it , made exploring much easier. Sociable and professional staff .

Amazing property and exceptional service…

The location was perfect. Just a 3 min walk to the Miami Mover (free) and the train that goes to the airport. From here you can get pretty much anywhere. There were also trolley cars and buses. New Liquor store across the street and tins of restaurants within walking distance. The lobby bar was called wxyz and for just $11 you can have a tasty Bacon cheeseburger and their apps were well priced with good portions. The police presence at night was enough to make us totally comfortable walking the streets. The pool wasn't heated was the only knock we could have had but it was January and we still went for a refreshing dip. The rooms were comfortable and clean and they have tons of couches in the lobby area to enjoy a coffee. Within a five to ten min walk from here there are restaurants, clubs, the Brickel Centre, Publix, pharmacies, banks, and as mentioned great access to public transportation. South Beach is only a 15-20 min Lyft or Uber away and Little Havana is just a 12 min bus ride. We would stay here again no problem. Also, Bayfront Park is just a 10 min ride away on the Miami Mover which is an automated train. Very cool.

I don’t understand why people rates this hotel as bad, for a 2 star hotel is perfect: very comfortable, excellent location, brilliant staff, lovely decoration. It was really a good experience.

The location is unbeatable for a city break - in the Brickell Centre, surrounded by restaurants, shops and bars. Super convenient and easy valet. The residence was extremely comfortable - the bed was like a cloud! Great to have the additional space to move around. The facilities of the hotel are very good - enormous gym, loved the rooftop bar which is still a very lively scene and the pool deck is fine for a little relax.

The location was perfect for us, big studio (2 queen beds and one big sofa-bed) accommodating a family of five. Everything was available upon request (room service, valet parking...).

Size of the room was amazing and having a kitchen was great. Design of the room is beautiful. All facilities and amenities were great.

The room was quite large and roomy. My husband is a realtor and always on the job. He loved the oversized desk.

I loved the views, and the restaurant that was also inside the hotel, I was glad that the front desk checked in on me every other day

Great people managing the hotel. The staff has been super helpful during and after the stay and I cannot recommend them more. Had left my wallet in the room and the staff (Lucas T.) emailed me to let me know that it had been found and arranged to have it shipped to me in no time. Received the wallet a few days latter with all the money I had in it. Very rare to find people that honest and helpful. Fully deserve their perfect rating.
