From
United StatesAlthough this is a three-star hotel, my experience felt five-star! Everything was clean and comfortable, and the beds were incredibly cozy. I’m usually picky about pillows because they can keep me from sleeping well, but these were excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and bilingual. I was so happy with my stay and would gladly return a thousand times!

United StatesWe love the hotel location and room location. The hotel is always quiet although it's located next to a major expressway, which allows for easy access to and from the hotel. I also like that hotel was able to fulfill our room request as always. Thank you.

We have family in Miami, and a new grandson, so we will be back. I love the area, you don't even need a car to go to dinner, there are a couple of places right there, and you can't beat everything being right there on SW 88th Street.

We are longtime residents of Kendall.
We are longtime residents of Kendall. We always wanted to visit this hotel for our out-of-town family to stay for family events. It's very close to our house and there are many nice restaurants and various opportunities to go shopping. There is an adjoining bridge across the lake leading to the shopping, restaurants and other forms of entertainment.

I tried to book a room on my phone at the hospital and my phone froze up. I went to hotel and booked a room and paid cash. I realized after getting to my room and checking my accounts that a room was booked on my room. Went straight to customer service. They told me there was nothing I could do that I would have to pay for 2 rooms. No refunds even though the one I booked on phone was accidentally done. They didnt care.

The staff was courteous and friendly , the beds were so comfortable that I slept late and missed breakfast , but when I did make it , the breakfast was superb . Parking was free ! I just wish that the hotel accepted cash for payment , would have made everything perfect .

Cockroaches. Mildew smell. Over priced. Poor customer service. Broken remote control. Broken door latch. No help from front desk. They could not even be bothered to tell me our pizza was delivered. We won’t be back. I’d rather sleep in my car.

Room was comfortable and clean; staff was very helpful and friendly. The well maintained pool was adorable with colorful decorations and a cute surrounding patio. Landscape around the hotel is well maintained. Very basic breakfast, but glad to have a breakfast option... apples, waffle maker, cereal, coffee, juice, yogurts
