This hotel is perfect if you need a stop before taking a fligth or if you arrive in Miami later in the evening. Is about few minutes driving from the Miami International Airport. The parking is free in front of the hotel or in the hotel corner (when we reached the hotel the parking in front was full). The staff in the reception was helpful. The room was very big and cozy. The hotel is not far from restaurants (by car) but in that area you can find only fast food.
Great location easy public transport to South Beach & Miami International Airport. We stayed after cruise - $11 dollar taxi ride from cruise terminal (+generous tip , of course). Staff very friendly & helpful. The Manager set the tone and he was kind enough to give us our room keys with some warm words of welcome. Very good breakfast and excellent wi-fi. Will stay longer next time!
We recently stayed in the Miami International Airport hotel and the Sheraton in my opinion is a much nicer place to stay. You can walk across from the airport to the Sheraton if you exit near the train station by the airport. We ate in the restaurant and the food was really good.
We only booked this as it was close to Miami International Airport and we were arriving late at night. The room was clean and the bed was more than comfortable. The air conditioning was very loud.
The added value is the proximity to Miami International Airport but having said, there are lots of comparable hotels even closer to the airport. The shuttle service works well.
If you like watching aeroplanes at Miami International Airport, this is the hotel to choose. Get the right room perhaps with a balcony, then you will be well rewarded
