Location and staff were great. Rooms horrible, breakfast is not breakfast don’t be fooled ( just coffee and muffins). Roaches in coffee pot and room. For some reason cops were called, saw like 10 cops come out off the elevator and heard staff ask them if they had asked them to leave. Hallways smelled like weed( not family friendly), I mean it was really bad. Would not recommend.

Loads to do.
Loads to do. We enjoyed relaxing in the sunshine, daily swims and relaxing by the pool, dining out, SeaWorld, and ‘gladiators’ on imax screen locally. Car hire didn’t work out but we managed perfectly using uber and local itrolley. Oh, and shopping!

If you require a taxi, you must download app for Uber or Lift. Taxis will not pick you up unless you have pre booked. Everything was much more expensive than we expected. If visiting the Disney parks, take refillable bottles, all refreshments are very expensive especially if travelling with children. Small bottle of water equated to approx £5. Disney stores to buy toys/memorabilia etc ridiculous prices. Ques for rides/shows often 1.5 hours long. Animal kingdom well worth a visit. All restaurants expect big tips. Be sure to check your bill to ensure 18% to 30% not automatically included.

We always enjoy the shopping experience and as we are of the older generation, we enjoy the ease of getting about especially with the shuttle buses provided to all the parks. We've been coming to orlando now for 30 years+ and it still holds magic for us. We did find the price of admission to the parks very expensive. It's not a cheap trip anymore.

The room is very old and dingy.
The room is very old and dingy. The door was all broken at the bottom so anything could have crawled in. We put a towel up against the bottom of the door. The toilet paper holder was broken, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. They leave 2 towels, 1 wash cloth and cheap bar soap that has no lather. The shower was horrific. It felt like needles, and 2 different knobs. I put leftovers in the fridge, only to find it didn't work when I took the food out in the morning. The floors were dirty and still had someones papers on the floor. The dust on the lamp was thick enough to write my name in. You did not get a clean feeling. The other person in my party slept with all their clothes on. And low and behold, we found roaches in the bathroom in the morning. This hotel was disgusting. I took it because it said Wydnham, which has a very good reputation. They ask for a 100.00 deposit to ensure you don't do any damage I guess, the nerve. There was a music festival in town, so hotels were scarce. Don't stay in this hotel.CarolUnited States
