El personal fue excepcional. Marcia checked us in, Hanna and Enrique were super helpful and kind at all times. The hotel has a lot of pretty details. The lamps, the pictures. The cleaning is exceptional. The room is super confortable. The location is convenient if you have a car. A nice balcony with a nice floor, microwave and fridge inside the room. Delicious coffee inside. Water stations and ice everywhere.

What a find! We stayed at Yacht Haven for three nights, my only complaint is, it wasn’t long enough! We hired two houseboats next door to each other as my husband and I were on holiday with his daughter, her husband and three grandchildren. We were wanting something relaxing after a hectic week in Disney…..and we definitely found it! What a place, the houseboats were so unique and immaculately clean, also they were really well stocked, with comfortable beds and really spacious for their size. We also had the added bonus of our morning visits from the friendly Manatees. I could go on and on, but everyone needs to experience this little piece of heaven once in their lives!! 🤗

I recently stayed at Parrot Key Hotel, and I must say it was an incredible experience from start to finish. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by Fadil. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel at home. Fadil went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our visit was perfect. He took the time to recommend activities, assisted with special requests, and even checked in with us daily to make sure we were enjoying our stay. His friendly demeanor and genuine care made us feel like valued guests rather than just customers. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll feel welcomed and cared for this is the place, we can’t wait to return.

Location was fantastic! We loved sitting on the deck and watching the water and boats passing by. We appreciated that we were both right at the hub of Key West, and that Pier House felt cozy and separate from the hubbub. The resort was gorgeous--the landscaping was lush and beautiful. We loved having private beach access, beach loungers, the warm pool, the fitness center, the hot tub. Our room was spacious, and we appreciated all the dresser drawers and counter space for our belongings. We had a delicious breakfast at One Duval. We liked the live music. Everyone who works there was friendly and helpful. We appreciated being able to check in early and check out late.

Furniture seems slightly run down, AC had few problems , but who cares - this place is just like heaven and an absolute must for everyone who goes to the Keys and can afford the cost. Fantastic lagoon pool within a palm tree garden surrounded by the beautiful wooden beach villas. Private beach with plenty of water sports facilities. Dolphin research center and Sandspur beach just 15 min by car, the turtle hospital is located next door. Absolutely great for children. Probably the best resort on the Keys. Will always remember our time here and hope to come back !

The staff were incredible - especially Nat for organising everything for us and making sure our stay was special. Also PrayGod who was always there to be helpful. The property was very well maintained. I love the white and blue decor of the rooms - made it feel so bright. Beds were very comfortable. When I was initially searching for hotels in which to stay, I was hesitant about staying outside of town, but the shuttle made it so convenient. Nice not to have to worry about driving and parking in downtown. I will definitely book this property again the next time we visit Ley West.

I found Marathon to be a very friendly place to visit and enjoyed the beach area and restaurants surrounding this area. There is a fair amount of congestion of course along US 1, but considering that this is the "main street" of town, it was to be expected. Small businesses are rather hard to locate in this rather messy vitality, but a good nav app helps. There were certain times during the day where a strong odor of methane gas was evident (not a tidal marsh smell), that begs if the sanitation systems are in step with the concentration of development. The center passing lanes are very poorly marked as well as the road edges making it difficult to navigate through and around traffic. If you are driving a lot while there, it's best to be aware at all times.

The laid back vibe you experience is what the Florida Keys are all about! Restaurants were all good and affordable. Locals and tourists were all very nice. Highly recommend Snappers restaurant on the water in Key Largo. The cold beer and pizza at the No Name Pub in Big Pine Key is a must! Bahia Honda State Park has a nice beach and is a good experience for just a few bucks.

Isla Morada is a beautiful Key with plenty of delicious places to eat. It's an easy drive if you are already in Florida, or you can fly in from other states. Our favorite place to eat good fish is Lazy Days, but the Island Grill was a close second. We come to Isla Morada every February for my birthday, where we enjoy sitting by the water and chilling out each day, followed by eating a delicious fish dinner each night.

The bungalows are fairly new, but are not well kept you can wipe the floor with a white washcloth damp in it and it’ll be completely dirty with just one wipe in the drawers. There were hair. The bed had a stain on the bed liner after removing the sheets and putting them in the shower for the maid to wash, they never washed that bedliner. It was completely discussed. It probably would’ve left if I didn’t known it was there. There were problems with the room as far as a globe on a light in the bathroom was broken. The room could’ve use a good cleaning, but as I said, it’s fairly new just not well. Maintained probably won’t look nice for long.

Tavernier is between Key Largo & Islamorada, so it is in a great location. It's an easy drive from Miami airport (just over one hour). It is about a 1 hr. 45 min. drive to Key West, which makes a great day trip (we did it twice during our eight-day stay. Our favorite dining spots are Capt. Craig's (superb chef-prepared meals), The Fish House (a Key Largo institution), and High Tide (best breakfast). For groceries there is Winn Dixie a few minutes from the apartment and Publix in Key Largo (we prefer Publix for better produce and selection). For activities, there's a small beach at Ocean Pointe which was nice, not too crowded, and relaxing. There is John Pennekamp State Park in Key Largo, only a few minutes away, with lots of activities like snorkeling, canoeing, paddle boarding, and glass bottom boat rides. We always take a half day of fishing with Capt. Jordan or Capt. Matt (Key Largo Fishing Adventures) and if you like to sky dive, go to Key West for a day and jump with one of the great instructors there. It's worth it! Getting around in the Keys is super easy - one road in (Overseas Hwy.) and marked by MM (mile markers) so everything is straight forward.

The location was good for getting to Key West, only 20 mins away. there is a good size fridge in the room. the view is nice, but can't enjoy it outside because of the bugs. The Tiki bar is still closed. There's no coffee machine in the room, which really is inexcusable for me. To pay $800+ for 3 nights and have to go outside to the tiki bar to get coffee, no thanks! You need to bring your own hair conditioner, and body lotion. Bottom line, I would not recommend . I didn't eat in the restaurant there, but their menu is high priced. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was grungy looking.

Fly to Miami and drive in through Key Largo. Make the 3-4 hour excursion. The journey IS the destination. It's the most relaxing, beautiful drive on this planet. You will have zero regrets.
