Great resort near city centre. Excellent facilities, awesome pool with very warm water, surrounding area, snack bar... Everything is perfect!

Wow, what an absolute paradise! Our stay in Key West was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Our room was stunning, with a beautiful view and a private balcony where we could watch the sunset. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The hotel's pool and beach areas were immaculate, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. But what really made our stay stand out was the exceptional service. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel like we were part of the family. We can't wait to come back to Key West and stay here again. It's truly a 10-star experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway in the Keys! Would I recommend this hotel to others? Absolutely!

Rooms are clean and comfortable. The Hotel is very nice. The Shuttle Bus to Old Town Key West is very good.

On a family trip to Miami we traveled to Key West for 4 nights. We had a Queen Suite for the 5 of us (2 adults & 3 teens). It was a perfect size. There was a small kitchenette with a sink, fridge, microwave & coffee machine. We had brought paper plates, paper towels and plastic cutlery (purchased in supermarket locally) and had a few basics for the hungry teenagers so having a small kitchen area was handy but we did mainly ate out. The hotel itself is really lovely, a very relaxed feel to it & well kept. Very friendly & helpful staff. The hotel is situated directly across the road from Smathers Beach which is absolutely beautiful. We also spent time around the hotel pool, which was lovely. There was road works directly outside on main road but still easy to cross over to the beach and we never heard any construction noise. Parking (free) was right outside hotel door on the grounds which was ideal. A free shuttle bus runs to the town centre and back to the hotel regularly, which was really handy & we availed of this service a few times! It stayed during Halloween week, it was extra fun and lively in the town especially on Duval Street which we loved! But also taking time to walk around the smaller streets & Mallory Square was lovely. We were staying on Halloween night & the room next door in the Hotel had music quite loud with some noise (which is expected, given the evening it was!). It was only early, around 8/8.30pm & having our own teens it didn’t bother us. However obviously another resident complained as we did hear hotel staff call to the room and ask them politely to turn it down and there was no more noise for the rest of the night. We were impressed with the staff dealing with it so quickly even though it wasn’t too bad and it was Halloween after all! We loved our stay in the Margaritaville Beach house, can’t fault anything. Highly recommend a stay here & Key West is beautiful. We’ll be back!

The hotel had lovely décor and a really nice feel about it. The pool area has nice views out to sea. The location was great, easy access getting around the area.

Outstanding hotel. Our room was supposed to be on the 'parking side' on the ground floor (which was not described like that on the web site). Fortunately one of the rooms could be upgraded on the sea side at the 2nd floor. We enjoyed a very nice stay in this hotel. The 'lighthouse' restaurant was excellent with an oustanding service (though very expensive...but everything comes at a price)

Rooms were clean, new, Balkony spacious, the attached RV site helped with the guest flair, the campers were all relaxed and great company.

Wonderful stay! The staff was extremely kind, friendly, and always helpful. Breakfasts were delicious, with a great selection, and having coffee and tea available all day was a big plus. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant hotel — I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, clean apartment in a nicely landscaped area. We really liked the barbecue area on the beach. The staff was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. It is a great starting point for trips.

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I loved every single thing about it. Nicole in the tiki bar is 1 in a million, very friendly & interesting. O’lyvia in reception was also very helpful, tell her to text me 😅

Everything was perfect! The room was spacious and well divided. The living room and bed were comfortable and the view was great! Finally, it had the best hotel breakfast I have had in a very long time.

We rented room 22 and there was absolutely nothing more to desire.

The location was absolutely stunning. We had an ocean view room, which was definitely worth paying extra for. The room was large, clean, and tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

Everything was great. The staff, amenities, pool, room, bar location with beautiful view of the ocean. The feeling of being in a tropical setting was icing on the cake.

A really beautiful place. In the resort they have a pool, a good restaurant and a possibility to go for boat rides. Book a room with a view from the balcony to the bay.
