Absolutely everything! A little hidden gem looking out onto the Gulf, so peaceful and had good facilities - pool, private beach, bikes, Kayaks, wine at sunset and a quirky fire pit. Just wished we’d had another night there!

Everything was perfect! The room was spacious and well divided. The living room and bed were comfortable and the view was great! Finally, it had the best hotel breakfast I have had in a very long time.

So many great restaurants (the Fish House, Harriet's, Snapper's). Excellent ecotour. Really cool bird sanctuary featuring injured birds who are being cared for (many would not survive on their own).

Key Largo might be good for a breakfast or dinner stop but I would keep driving to a different Key. John Pennekamp State Park is highly overrated for families with young children. FYI the Glass Bottom Boat tours is only offered on Wednesdays through Saturdays, this information is not obvious on their website or at the park. The Snorkeling Boat Trips are only for people who can swim well because the reef is 6miles off the coast so young children and people who are not good swimmers will most likely not be able to partake in that activity. Besides that, there are some nice mangrove trails to walk through, along with a quaint but informative aquarium. However, the two beaches at the park are rocky and not sandy. Unfortunately, the two beaches are covered with sea grass and sargassum creating a slimy experience, at Cannon Beach the water is very murky and unsightly which limits visibility and the snorkeling on Cannon Beach is subpar with all that slimy muck in the water. Perhaps if the seagrass and sargassum were cleared and removed from the beach more people would actually stay and swim there. Most people who step into the slimy water immediately get out, pack and leave for a better location to swim in Marathon.

We are not fishing people.

We are not fishing people. With that being said you really need to be fishing people to enjoy the whole experience and own a boat. There was bacteria in the water so we couldn't swim at founders beach. We did go snorkeling, parasailing and jet skiing. It was nice visit, but we won't be going back.

I am 80 years old and own my own boat, my first trip to Key Largo was 60 years ago. Progress has destroyed the Keys and the reefs. The reefs are dead and the keys are over developed and commercialized, it's sad.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Because in the back you have access to two docks offering views of the west coast sea, perfect for sunsets. From the hotel, you have access to everything you need: restaurants, liquor stores, pharmacies, grocery stores, and even souvenir shops.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for excursions to the Everglades and the Florida Keys. Its position directly on the water also made it possible for us to see dolphins and rays, which was an exceptional and unforgettable experience for the children.

Loved all the games around the hotel, the ability to take kayaks and paddle boards. Nice pool with a few loungers. Staff was super friendly. Room was spacious and clean! If we stayed longer we would have used the bbq and kitchen.

Didn't stay. Moms and about 14 kids took over pool streaming tossing balls around. I know their kids but they were out of control. Moms doing nothing nor did the staff. Very disappointing for a Marriott hotel at $300 per nite.
