Receptionist and person who serves breakfast was incredibly friendly

Our room was totally remodeled, with a white interior and it was very clean and spacious. The towels and bedding were soft and they provided extra pillows, as requested. Staff was exceptionally nice. Good breakfast. Best part was the hop on/hop off trolley stopped right in the parking lot so we were able to return to the villa during our tour. Short walking distance to Fountain of Youth, Old Jail and Oldest House with tour tickets available.

Friendly accommodating staff, walkable to the old town. Very nice pool with a jacuzzi.

Clean, and pleasant reception workers

Excellent location, plenty of parking and easily walkable into the town centre (busy pedestrian route took about 10-15 mins). Room was spacious, with everything you need (mini fridge, coffee etc). Beds were really comfy (even the sofa bed which my two teens used). Little pool out back was a welcome dip after a hot day exploring the town. Complimentary breakfast was fab.

Breakfast choices were great. As well as the location to area attractions. Will definitely visit again.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations. A wonderful hotel, rooms, the area around the hotel, entertainment for children, everything you need for a beach holiday, everything was perfect. We had incredible fun communicating with guests from Germany. Our children played table football together and threw shells at a target. We were pleased with our stay at this hotel. Thank you.

Excellent, clean updated facility. Friendly staff. Great breakfast with different hot options each morning. Attractive breakfast seating area with pretty view of the pool, river and boats. Room was spacious, bathrooms modern, bed super comfy etc. Very pleased - def recommend.

We actually had a reservation at the Casablanca but my reservation was lost .so the guy on the phone booked me with the Villa Victor for the night... Awesome service rate and room !

Room was clean with a peacful admosphere

Excellent customer service from everyone at the hotel. Shirley at the front desk went above and beyond to help us when we arrived Saturday night very late. And then the following night was sure to follow up on how are our stay was going.

It was beautiful through-out. Staff were all fantastic. Valet parking easy and pleasant.

The location of this place is amazing if you wanna spend time downtown, walking distance practically everywhere. The fact that there is parking is also such luxury, as that can be quite hard to find in St Aug. Everything was truly wonderful and we couldn't be happpier with our stay at Bella Bay Inn.

This is such a beautiful historic place to stay. Our room was so special - it felt like sleeping in a room of a castle. Everything was so crispy clean and prepared with love. The beds were beds for queens/kings :-). The beddings/linings were high quality cotton and mattresses firm but soft topping. Our terrace was so spacious and it was wonderful to sit there and relax. Breakfast is included and delicious - our server Joe was great. We sat on the porch and admired the beautiful holiday atmosphere (Christmas). Parking space is included and just a short walk away from the Hotel. We are so happy to have stayed here in beautiful St. Augustine. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else…! Thanks to all the staff at the Casablanca Inn!

Cleanliness and quality of toiletries

Perfect place to stay in St. Augustine if you are travelling by car. Free parking. Kind and helpful staff. Good room facilities and good breakfast. Good location with sea view

Such a wonderful place to stay! Room was clean and spacious. Happy hour at 5pm where they served free white wine and nibbles. I saw dolphins from the decking on all 3 evenings I was there. I'd stay here again, but next time I'd pay the extra to get a room overlooking the water. Convenient location, just ten/15 minute walk across the bridge to downtown.
