The staff that checked us in was not that pleasant..I told him that there was an upgrade of room..he answered that iv already been upgraded. He never mentioned once or explained what was going on..the guy that checked us out the next day was well mannered and pleasant. I cannot fault the place though as it was stunning with a nice night view.
