I loved the location; I was able to walk to many shops and restaurants. It was also a quick drive to my event location at the Convention Center. I was impressed with the fabulous breakfast, so much tastier than the usual buffets other hotels offer. I loved the evening wine and cheese in the lobby and over the top for customer service. My room offered many amenities that made it feel more like home. I was able to buy healthy food from the local ALDIS and enjoyed right in my room. I would definitely stay here again.

I don’t have the space to tell my experience at this place.
I don’t have the space to tell my experience at this place. Just know it wasn’t a good one. 5. Hours away from home, we just decided to deal with the disappointments and flaws of the place, I mean how bad can it really be at $200 a night? Amenities are down and cold water baths is all this place had to offer my family and I. Not to mention we didn’t care about the weather on this fishing trip or anything figured we didn’t have to because of the nice heated inside pool and whirl pool. My husband could have went on this trip alon3 but because we found this place, hubby and I decided make it a family trip and take our 7 year old son with us. This was actually r3ally messed up because we didn’t find out about the pools until we actually checked in, and then because of policy we were pretty much screwed. We decided to settle for less.

The room was good but the services were lousy, we were there for 3-4 days and no one ever came to our room to remove towels, make bed, empty trash, etc. We had to contact desk services twice before someone took action and came to our room and they came on our last day. Bad service

Very confused manager at reception.
Very confused manager at reception. We presented a tax exempt card and she started making excuses not to accept it until we explained to her that it was a document from the US State Department and she finally saw that it was an official document, made a photocopy of the ID and deducted the taxes charges from our bill. It took her a long awhile.

Hampton was fine.
Hampton was fine. It was just where we stayed was so bad I do not recommend anyone staying at that hotel if I had not paid upfront, I would’ve tried to find some other place but everything was booked because of the concerts.

Good coffee, great people! Great breakfast options.
Good coffee, great people! Great breakfast options. Very clean and well-kept rooms. The staff made us feel like family from beginning to end. Lots of pillows and plugs for phones and equipment. Would definitely stay there again.
The most professional staff I've ever encountered at a non-high-end hotel! Super impressed by everyone who served at the front desk and especially the employee, Lanai, who served the breakfast area. She went over and beyond in her assistance and maintained a positive and welcoming attitude.
We had an issue or two with our room, but they responded promptly and their overall professionalism made up for any negative issues. Wish all hotel staff was as professional and hospitable as they are!
The hotel was in a great location to the event I was attending. The room was clean and comfy. I requested foam pillows due to my allergies and was promptly accommodated. Both a hot and cold breakfast was available. The room's toilet was running and the AC unit leaked. I brought it to the front desk personnel and it was dealt with promptly, we were even offered the opportunity to move to another room. Everyone was very personable and friendly.
This facility is a rip off. I book a room for the night, only to get there and find out they have no electricity. The whole building was pitch black. When I canceled the reservation and asked for a refund all I'm getting is a run around. They have not refunded my money and have not answered any of the emails. I think a hotel with no electricity qualifies for a full refund. Why would anyone pay money to stay somewhere without power
My husband and I booked this hotel for a weekend beach vacation for 2 nights. We couldn't afford other hotels closer to the beach, so we adjusted our expectations and knew we would't encounter luxury when we booked this hotel that was one third of the price. The room was clean enough, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean. The room had a full size fridge. The owner was very pleasant, other employees not so much.
The location near the Coliseum was excellent and within walking distance. That was great since we was going to the concert at the coliseum. The hotel itself is nice and up to date and close to a lot of attractions in the area, however some of the staff is rude, not all of the staff was rude, there were some that was really nice and helpful.
The room I booked was given away even after I’d called to confirm we’d be arriving. I was given a different room too small for amount of people that had a mildew odor. The walls are paper thin-you can hear doors to rooms close all night. Bed is rock hard. Disappointing @ this Hampton Inn location-needs updating & mildew removal.
The staff at this hotel were top notch. Very kind and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. Our view of the Coliseum from the 9th floor was amazing. My son loved the fitness center and the pool. I loved the manager's reception. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again.
Hotel is located very conveniently near all the Hampton restaurants and shops. You can get around by foot just about to any store and restaurant nearby. The room itself was clean and pretty big.
gem of a stay. the outside is deceiving. it looks like an average inn but the inside room was better than some of the higeher end hotels I have stayed at. very up to date and modern
The hotel room is sufficiently wide and clean for the business trip.
Near the hotel, there are some restaurants to enjoy a lunch and dinner.
And hotel clerks are kind.
Breakfast was nice to have, and good variety. Location was convenient. Room was clean. The staff was the best part. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
