South Korearoom was very comfortable and clean. breakfast was adequate and tasty. laundry machines all worked perfectly fine. staff were very friendly and engaging. noise level within the hotel were minimal/nonexistent. all other customers were very well behaved and were polite with one another.

Williamsburg is a wonderful destination and remains one of our favorite places to visit. During this trip, however, we wished there had been more period actors and additional historical activities taking place throughout the day. It also took some time to locate the ticketing building, as its placement wasn’t clearly indicated on the map. Once we found it, the staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and well‑informed about Colonial Williamsburg and the surrounding attractions.

It was a very easy check in and out process and our room was spacious for the 4 of us. The location worked out great for us as well. The kids loved the pool area and the activities that were offered. I wish we could have stayed a bit longer!
The only cons were that the guests above our room were running and jumping around until well after 1am. It was extremely loud and hard to sleep. The other thing was the shower in one of the bedrooms was very slippery. I’m not sure if it was the cleaning supplies that were used or if it’s slimy from not being cleaned. It didn’t look dirty but it was very hard to get in and out of the shower.
Overall we would stay again!

Great.
Great. Saturday was market day and there were many tents with everything imaginable. Love the history.
Only problem was the brick and cobblestone walks. As an older lady, balance was a problem. Of course, that is part of the history, so next time I will take a cane. Note to older folks visiting. If balance is a problem bring a cane.

We took the bus to Old Town and we walked the historic streets admiring the rich culture and history of Williamsburg. I was impressed with the preservation of the historic buildings and even the cobblestone walkways. I highly recommend touring this beautiful city.

My short time was to visit Busch Garden with my niece.
My short time was to visit Busch Garden with my niece. It is a beautiful park with lots of trees, flowers, train ride, cable car, boat ride, Irish shows, etc. LOTS of roller coaster rides among other things to do for older people, toddlers rides & adult rides. Beside the Parks such as Water Country, which was full of water entertainment, Williamsburg is such a historic town that it deserves to be visited to enjoy & learn about the US history. I'll visit it again, there still much more to discover.

We like seeing and learning about the history of the country...
We like seeing and learning about the history of the country. This is the reason we headed to Colonial Williamsburg but I didn't realize that close by were the Jamestown settlement and Yorktown. If I had known I might have wanted to stay longer to check them out also. We were not far from Richmond and got to visit the Civil War museum there which was an excellent stop.

The property is a little tired but very clean and confortable. All the staff we accounted were extremely helpful and pleasant all the time.
The breakfast was plenty full with a lot of choice. It was part buffet and part service (you could order eggs, omelet or waffles).
The property is close to bush gardens and colonial Williamsburg.

As mentioned by others, the hotel is conveniently located near Colonial Williamsburg. Beds were comfy, the room had a good size, there's a fridge and complementary coffee. And we had a tree in front of our window. Plenty of parking and a shaded parking lot.

The hotel was easy to find with good parking. The check in was easy and the staff member was friendly. The breakfast was about what one would expect, with good choices. We had a room problem, and the staff resolved it quickly.
