Great place, nice pool, spacious rooms

The customer service. I was able to add my Hilton rewards points for the stay. The facilities were clean and comfortable. I was there attending a conference and the meeting space for large meetings and workshops were easily accessible and comfortable. I hadn't been to the area in years so I definitely enjoyed my stay

Room was clean and breakfast was amazing. Breakfast includes made to order items like eggs, omelets, pancakes and waffles. Not included in room price, but I booked with breakfast to be included. Staff very friendly, especially ladies working breakfast tables.

Location was great. Staff was very friendly. There is room for improvement in the cleanliness aspect. Elevator had some discarded wrappers thrown on the floor.

Fantastic value, beautiful resort. Very clean and very comfortable. Staff were very professional and polite and accommodating! The apartment was immaculate and you've got your own terrace bit with seats and a picnic table out back, very private and cosy. A really wonderful place to stay, I'd 100% recommend ❤️

Great location, very nice size room, great water pressure, great breakfast in the morning, and staff were wonderful. Deborah was very helpful with the shuttle to get to Williamsburg to site see. Pet friendly is a plus. Loved it and highly recommend.

The bathroom were very spacious and clean. The room itself was very clean and just as it looks in the photo. I'll be coming back to this location!

The place was just right. 10 minutes to Busch Gardens and 1 hour to Norfolk.

Great location. Equipped with everything (including washing machine and dryer) and clean. Very quiet.

Excellent cleanliness, the rooms are very spacious, it was a short stay but very nice! The staff was very friendly and there are many places to do activities nearby!

We stayed at an amazing colonial house for the night. The colonial city to explore was incredible with very knowledgeable hosts.

I asked for a ground floor room and it came with an outdoor patio! Being on the ground floor made taking baggage to the room very easy.

Helpful staff Good quality breakfast and - unlike all other similar motels we used - they did not use plastic cutlery and plates. Instead, they use proper, reusable ones.

Breakfast arrangements were very efficient with a good choice. Rooms were well finished and cleanliness very good. We know everyone is short staffed so this property really did well.

The breakfast was good and constantly refilled. Our room door squeaked and when I told the supervisor, she had a repairman there in 3 minutes! What more could a body ask for?
