The staff exceeded our expectations with their warm and attentive service. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to start our days. The pool and spa, set against the backdrop of that breathtaking view, were simply wonderful. Our dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional, with delicious cuisine and impeccable service. What made our stay truly special was the unexpected room upgrade we received. The room was not only spacious and comfortable but also offered a stunning view that took our breath away. Our stay was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the outstanding staff, delightful breakfast, incredible pool and spa, exquisite dining, and the generous room upgrade. THE MATTHEW - Copper Lodge tiene vistas a la montaña y se encuentra en Wagrain. Cuenta con restaurante, salón de uso común, bar, jardín, piscina al aire libre abierta todo el año y terraza. The rooms were nice and enough space for a family of four. Very friendly staff. Close to Grafenberg and Flying Mozart Lifts - Ski bus station less than 200m away but also in walking distance. Raclette (needs to be ordered) was really really good.

The apartment was very well equipped with all kitchen necessities. and an amazing breakfast with a lovely staff.

Great hotel. Located at the entrance of town, easily accessible. Grocery store across the street and several restaurants in town. Great room. Great kitchen, fully stocked so we could cook dinner in the room. Great view. Very clean. Ana our hostess was perfect, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Nice facilities, free bikes, ping pong and pool table. Everything was great.

El Rainerhof está en el centro de Flachau, a menos de 200 metros de las pistas de esquí, Ski Amadé, la parada de autobús de esquí, las pistas de esquí de fondo y un supermercado. Ubicación estupenda y vistas maravillosas. El personal muy atento. Nos reservó la cena en un lugar maravilloso.
