Every morning the staff would promptly bring us breakfast (which was really good & included), we had access to the shared kitchen which had access to clean drinking water whenever you needed to fill up (very important in Bali!) as well as coffee and tea. Although if you want really good strong coffee just cross the street to Blacklist. What made this place exceptional was the customer service. They were always on top of cleaning, refilling pool towels without having to ask they were already doing whatever it is you needed. The location was great too. We had a scooter to get around but you can also walk to very close shops, and the beach is maybe a 10 minute walk away. My wife would walk to pilates studio everyday. I highly highly recommend this place!! I will miss the staff very much and I will be returning some day soon!
