With the KölnCard, you can enjoy generous discounts or free admission to many of Cologne's top attractions and engaging tours. Please present your voucher at Cologne’s tourist information centre and redeem your card.
Please note that the operational hours of the tourist information centre are from Monday–Saturday at 09:00–19:00.
The group card is valid for a maximum of five users, and the card is non-transferable.
To use your card on public transport, you will need to first validate it at the ticket-stamping machine.
The KölnCard becomes valid as soon as the name of the cardholder or a group member has been entered along with the date and the time.
