- Monday–Saturday: 10:00–20:00
- Sunday: 10:00–19:00
- Holidays: 10:00–14:00
- Last admission: 30 minutes before closing
Please enter the museum through the Jerónimos entrance, on the left side of the box office, with an exterior sign.
Please show the Prado Museum ticket on your smartphone to the staff at the entrance, and keep your ticket with you during the visit.
Arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled tour time.
Please note that the transportation options include a private car or a local taxi.
