This tour will offer you a comprehensive overview of the Lake District’s scenic highlights. You’ll drive along the shores of Ullswater Lake, pass Lake Windermere – the largest of the lakes – and visit a selection of other beauty spots.

You’ll see the high-altitude Kirkstone Inn, Blencathra Mountain with its six fell tops, Castlerigg Stone Circle, Ashness Bridge, Dunmail Raise mountain pass and numerous other lakes. You’ll also gain insight into some of the Lake District’s most noteworthy former residents, like the famous poet, William Wordsworth.
