In this culinary tour, learn to cook authentic Goan dishes. Goan cuisine is a subtle fusion of the local Konkani cuisine that got influenced by Portuguese cuisine following the 450 years of Portuguese rule. The cuisine is largely based on seafood, coconut, vegetables, meat, pork and the abundance of local spices available.
