On this tour, you’ll be accompanied by a wine connoisseur who will take you around the vineyards for a sensory experience. You’ll begin by taking a panoramic walk in the vineyard and get insights into how the wine is cultivated. Then you’ll walk among the rows, where you’ll come across different processes in the eco-sustainable farming techniques used at the vineyard.
You can hike up to the top of the hill to see picturesque views of the mountains and vineyards. Then you’ll head to the wine cellars where the wine is stored after harvest, processed and left to age. Finally, you’ll round off the tour with a session of wine tasting of wines produced by Cascina Piccaluga paired with characteristic Langhe local products such as hazelnuts, cold cuts and local cheeses.
