During this experience, you will be able to indulge in a cooking class at a Cesarina's home in Gubbio. After meeting the host, you will be taken to a local market where you will learn how to choose the best ingredients for the dishes you’ll be preparing later.
You can then head to the host’s home to prepare an Italian aperitivo. You will also learn to cook one type of pasta and the famous tiramisu. After the class, you will get a chance to try everything you prepared earlier, with local wines. This experience offers a chance to understand regional Italian gastronomy in a small-group setting.
