This experience will give you a chance to discover traditional Ligurian cuisine as you explore a local market and try your hand at cooking. You'll visit a local farmer's market and pick up fresh produce to use in your cooking class. An expert chef will show you how to prepare characteristic pasta, sauces, a dessert and a main course and give you the recipes to try them again at home. At the end of the class, you'll sit down to enjoy the meal you prepare along with an aperitif, wine and coffee.
