You’ll set out for the local market, where your Cesarina will show you how to select the best seasonal ingredients.
Back at her home, you’ll sip on a glass of Prosecco as an aperitivo, served with tasty nibbles, before getting to work in the kitchen. You’ll learn how to make a typical style of pasta from scratch, followed by Italy’s most famous dessert – tiramisu. Once your dishes are prepared, you’ll sit down to enjoy a lively meal with wine and coffee.
