The apartment was recently renovated and is absolutely lovely! The owner, Akis, is friendly and helpful. Kitchen is well outfitted and there were plenty of nice towels and pillows. It is a short walk to the beach and there is a grocery, restaurant and pharmacy within a few steps. There is access to a pool at the restaurant next door. Very clean and safe neighborhood. Just about everything you need close by, but a short drive to town center.

Enjoyed every moment of stay at this place. Great value for money. Always available free parking behind the property. 1 minute walking to the beach. Close (about 15 minutes by car) to major touristic attractions and famous beaches.

Very spacious and clean appartment. It is situated at the edge of the touristic center of Protaras, so it is quieter. Fig tree bay is in walking distance. They have a private parking which is easily accessible. Friendly staff. The extra camp bed was unexpecedtly quite comfortable.

Everything was perfect!The apartment is situated in a quiet area, at 2 minutes walking to the seaside. We went to the beach with our 3 years old son by walking 15 minutes. The swimming pool from the complex is very nice! The apartment is very well equipped, we had all we need and excelent conditions! The host recommendations helped us a lot (restaurants, places to visit). Thank you!

Everything was great! Upon arrival, he was greeted by the mayor. Rooms - perfectly clean, comfortable beds, perfectly equipped kitchen. Parking for a car. Nearby is a shopping center, as well as excellent cafes and restaurants. Amazing beaches are within reach..
