We were very pleased with the accommodation. The apartment was filled with light and very airy. It had new furnishings, pleasant bedding, and a comfortable bed. We appreciated the air conditioning in every room and the dark curtains with blinds that effectively blocked out the outdoor lighting. We made full use of the dishwasher, oven, and washing machine. The accommodation also provided a clothes rack, iron, and ironing board. We stayed here for two weeks, and halfway through our stay, the beds were changed and the towels were replaced. The location is fantastic - there is a general store right below the accommodation, a restaurant with a pool next door, and it's only a 3-minute walk to the sea. Private parking is a great bonus. Communication with the owner of the accommodation was excellent. We communicated all the information through WhatsApp. Additionally, we received plenty of recommendations for good restaurants and entertainment in the area. Any question we had was answered within a few minutes. We will definitely come back here, and we're already looking forward to our next visit :)

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa! The house is beautifully renovated, very cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen is fully equipped — it has everything you could possibly need, down to the smallest details. The pool was spotless and crystal clear, and the entire outdoor area was clean and well-maintained. A special thanks to the host — she was incredibly responsive, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Thank you for such a warm welcome — we would definitely love to come back!

The property is really spacious and well equipped. My assumption was that it was a family vacation home since you have anything you might need from a fully equipped kitchen with oven, air fryer, coffee machine, Nespresso milk machine etc to vertical vacuum cleaner, plenty of towels, including beach towels ( if we know, I could have packed some extra outfits in the baggage instead of towels :)) ). All the windows have blinds, so you can sleep in late in the morning if you want or put your baby to sleep at noon. The house is a 5 min walk away from the beach and you have several good restaurants nearby. Of course you don’t have the hustle and bustle from the centre of Protaras aria, but if you prefer a more quiet area, this property is a perfect fit. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. He brought us a high chair for our toddler and some toys ( which was a nice surprise since my girl was very excited to play with new toys) and he provided some drinks and snacks when we arrived late at night. He constantly checked on us if we need anything. We really appreciated that he allowed us to have a very late check out since we had an evening flight. We enjoyed having quiet beaches nearby and when we wanted to check the more touristy crowded places we just took the bus which has very often stops and is cheap too.

We had a lovely 2 week break at Palm Villa. We cannot fault the villa at all. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, lovely pool, quiet, and within a 7 min walk to the bars and restaurants. Buses go regularly to other areas if you want to visit and run until late so no need for a car. Taz and his sister were great hosts and communication was great before and during our stay. We would definitely recommend and go back again. Thank you for a great holiday 😊
