Great loacation - at the sea, very quiet, several good restaurants walking distance. Wea used a ladder to enter the sea and relaxed on a lawn in front of the hotel. Comfortable room, nice sea-view. Fitness and SPA facilities. Brekfast was plentiful and satisfactory. The staff was very attentive - nothing was a problem. I reccomend.

The General Manager, Mr. Nicolas Nicola, was very professional and courteous. Overall, it is a clean, beautiful, and well-maintained hotel. The staff were excellent, the food was delicious, the swimming pools were great, and the rooms were outstanding.

First of all, we would like to thank Dear Marija and the hotel team. They prepared a surprise for our daughter's 5th birthday. Moreover, our family was very surprised by the room. We booked a room with an inland view. However, after we arrived and pulled back the curtains, we discovered a large terrace with a view of the sea and pool. P.S. We arrived earlier and we were allowed to check in. The staff cleaning the rooms, working in the restaurant and at the pools were very pleasant. The hotel was perfect, near the noisy cities Ayia Napa and Protaras, and we always had the possibility to come back to the calm place.

More walkable area than a lot of cyprus.

More walkable area than a lot of cyprus. Prot' is more family focused in comparison to Aya Napa. Amazing variety of restraunts. Free parking. But also great bus service, even to and from Airport. The people are so friendly and family focused.

Smart beautiful run of small linked villages with stunning bays and beaches. Loads of excellent restaurants. The best is the crystal clear water. I dived with Poseidon Divers who were great, out of Green Bay/Blue hole. Snorkelling in Green Bay, Konnos and Cape Greco is excellent for the med. Saw a few moray eels, large shoals of bream and damselfish, Lionfish, pufferfish, cornets and so on. Best was snorkelling with turtles off Konnos bay. Boat trips are great but select your boat with care depending if you want a themed party or quiet experience!

It's a small neighborhood with a long main street plenty of bars with live music every day (tributes to well known artists like Michael Jackson, Rod Stewart, Pink, Oasis etc..) and plenty of options for eating diverse kind of foods. No party ambient. More family resort ambient in Protaras.

Protaras has a good mix of lovely traditional restaurants & fast food family favourites, great safe beaches and things for families to do. It is well supported by public transport and it's possible to get busses into Paralimni, Ayia Napa and to the waterpark. We love the well maintained boardwalk which is walkable from Kapparis all the way to fig tree bay. There are some lovely boutique shops and a varied mix of evening entertainment from low key to a little outrageous! It was not as busy this year (June 2026) as in previous years but felt completely safe and the locals were as always, very welcoming.

Excellent holiday resort, lots of facilities, restaurants and bars, etc The Magic Dancing Waves show is a must see experience for all the family and reasonably priced. Second time visited Protaras, and will return in two years time again.

We got beautiful sea view bedrooms, the beds were extremely comfy. The hotel rooms aren’t completely ‘up to date’. I could have done with a few usb sockets as I lost mine when we were travelling around Cyprus. The waterpark was good, the kids absolutely loved it. We stayed self catering so cannot comment on food service. The area the hotel is in is very quiet so I think it’s best to have a car to travel a few minutes down to protaras or Ayia napa

Nice place to stay in Protaras. First line from the best beach of Protars. Location is really perfect. Also the city center is just 200 meters away. Hotel has a lot of comfortable sunbeds in front of beach and near the pool. Food on the breakfast and at dinner is enough different and quality. I like different menu type for dinner for every weekday (Mexican, Japanize, Cyprus and so on). Pool was clean and not overcrowded, when we have stayed.

We had no real expectation of the hotel it was booked late and cheap. Good Points: location excellent, staff friendly and helpful especially desk and restaurant staff. Good pool area walk to everything if you wanted to. Very cheap if it was that or no trip to Cyprus which is a beautiful island. glad we didnt go all inclusive which meant we just used it as a base too hit the beaches along the coast away from Protaras
