Naturally, unassumingly kind staff. Nice promenade on the coast right in front of the hotel. A big plus is that the rooms have separate entrances, you don't feel the neighbors, very beautiful palm trees in the yard. The child-free pool is also definitely a plus. Although the hotel has a large capacity, it didn't feel crowded. The reception is responsive with both takeaway breakfast and help with planning excursions! There is a shop in the hotel with necessary goods. Right next to the hotel bus stop. Cute cats. Everything you need for a warm holiday in Cyprus - we were there in March, I recommend! Thank you

The room was spacious (for 3 people we booked a room with bedroom and saloon), clean and had an amazing sea view. The breakfast was very good, although coffee wasn’t good. The staff were so pleasant and friendly. We also had a kitchen!

It is centrally located, near all of the main attractions. I was lucky to book a room facing the back, and I avoided having the noise from the nearby bars and restaurants on the Main Street. The hotel is very clean and stylish, and has everything you need. Good quality food for breakfast. Overall excellent quality throughout the hotel.

The setup is beautiful, the decoration is tasteful, the space is neat and clean with massive room, the location is ideal, parking is available, and the accommodation offers a very comfortable sleep. Really nice hotel in perfect location- close to both the city center and the beach. The hotel is in perfect condition, everything clean and well maintained. We had all inclusive and it was perfect- high variety of food even at the beginning of the season (start of May) when the hotel was not fully occupied. Nice pool area with the bar as a part of the all inclusive you can taste typical Commandaria wine which was super nice quality (from local supplier). I highly recommend to take this hotel rather than those located on the beach as the price difference is huge. You need to pay for the sunbeds and umbrella (7,5 EUR per 2 beds & umbrella per day) but it is cheaper option given the hotel price difference and on top of that every day you can choose different beach, there is a public bus stop close to the hotel- we used that (1,5 EUR/ person) to visit Konnos beach, Nissi beach, Landa beach or you can visit Sea Caves and Cavo Greco area! Hotel stuff is very nice, my sons serves themselves and the barman was always happy to comunicate with the kids and encourage them to speak English! Thank you for wonderful stay! Everything is new and nice, the location is beautifull, the staff is very nice and helpfull, Alex the Bar Manager is GREAT , Filippos is the MAN! I don’t really understand why people are saying there are no food labels , yes! When we arrived the weren’t but untill the end of our 6 day vacation they arrived…it is a brand new resort, just oppened 1 month ago, you have to understand that the staff is doing their BEST to help you and make your stay wonderfull…but if the labels did not arrive from the factory what is the hotel’s fault? I saw people saying about no entertainment…for the last 2 nights of our 5 nights vacation we had live music at the pool also ( we had live music at the bar over the reception every night also). I would like to add that i was there with my wife and 2 kids, and we had a GREAT TIME there! I strongly recomend everyone who would make a vacation in Cyprus to go to Nala Latchi!

Room Was as expected, clean comfortable and had all amenities. Location was great, close to beaches, city centre, restaurants, bars. Nissi Beach has to be the better beach to go to. Pool was amazing, Staff were incredible. cant recommend high enough.

Great hotel for family vacation. Rooms are spacious and very clean, towels are changed daily. People working at the hotel are very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Breakfast was awesome with extended choice of food. Regardless of what you prefer there is something for everybody and it is of high quality. 2 big swimming pools are available for guests and are always perfectly clean. Tennis court and gym (decently equipped) are also available free of charge. Couple of shops and mini markets are right across the street as well as 3 great restaurants. Getting to Larnaca or Ayia Napa is very easy by bus or taxi and it's a really worth trips to take.

Indoor swimming pool was under refurbishment and they didn’t tell us. They immediately realised they’d made a mistake and gave us half board etc. Everyone makes mistakes but it’s how you deal with them that is the important thing. They were very friendly and it was a lovely place.

Practically everything about this hotel was perfect, from the location to the service. We had a bed and breakfast arrangement and the food was delicious and sumptuous. Presentation was also impressive and original as they present you with three tier tower of various dips, bread and cheese. On our last day we also tried their lunch and this was also very good. The hotel is also very clean, modern and the decor is thoughtful with relaxing earthy colours. Service is professional and fast. The fact that it’s also an adults only hotel made our stay all the more relaxing.

Perfect location on the beach promenade. Spacious and very clean room with a nice view. Very friendly and competent staff. Fantastic breakfast as of 7AM which is great if you are up early.
