Very personable staff,I was a late Check-in but George was very pleasant and efficient. The hotel us immaculate,.I got an upgraded room which was really lovely, all the mod-cons you need to make your stay pleasant. The room also had a balcony. The breakfast selection was very good too.The communial areas are also really nice,well decorated and relaxing. I will definitely book this hotel again on my next visit to Larnaca. We'll done to all at the hotel.

I really did like it. It really takes 5min to centrum. The best thing - you have a grocery store downstairs,it’s really amazing

The hotel has a good location with a bus station right in front of it, which makes getting to Larnaca and Ayia Napa very easy. There are nice restaurants within walking distance as well as few supermarkets. As for hotel, rooms are clean and staff is polite. The pool and front yard are also clean and great for relaxing.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and well equipped.Clean towels every day.Perfect location on Finikoudes beach, but still very quiet and relaxing.

I liked everything. This hotel is characterized by cleanliness and care for guests. The food is great, the location is excellent if your goal is to visit Larnaca and other cities in Cyprus. We rested and enjoyed, for every recommendation, the hotel staff is 10 stars

It is so close to the beach- all the staff were very friendly and helpful-and the room was very nice and bed very comfortable

The vacation was great. Everything was great, the food, the environment, the service, but most of all Christina at the reception. A very nice and kind woman. They talked to my son in several languages, explained everything to us, joked around, she was very funny. She provided us with a transfer to the airport and a discount from the all inclusive for Sunday. We were a group of 11 people and we are very satisfied, we will visit it again when we can.

My wife and I only stayed 1 night. We were arriving to Larcnaca at 3am from international flight and we were looking for a place with late checkout and close to the airport. It worked perfectly

Clean, quiet, modern and roomy hotel. Free parking, well stocked breakfast, good AC, excellent mattresses, perfect light system, adequate room space with balcony; very big pool, free pool towels; tropical, spacious, covered, outside sitting area; luxurious garden furniture; friendly bars inside, outside. Daily room-cleaning. Larnaca only 5 km by car. Friendly and attentive personnel. Value for money.

The bed was super comfortable, the blackout curtains were wonderful for a lazy morning, the AC was working silently during the night. I had an electric kettle, cups, towels and soap. I found the pillows had the perfect amount of floor for my preference - they were soft enough to not hug a rock and hard enough so my head doesn’t sink when I try to sleep on my back. I arrived very late and even though they don’t have somebody at the reception, I was able to check-in smoothly and have breakfast the next day. Super friendly staff, I will definitely go there again

Inna and Petros were lovely hosts, communicated well, responded to messages quickly and were always ready to assist. The room was clean, comfy and pretty. Since the accommodation was self-catering, I really appreciated the kettle, plates, cutlery, coffee cups, and wine glasses, and especially the fridge. There was also fresh fruit, tea and coffee, wine and bottled water ready when I arrived. A small but thoughtful detail I really appreciated was the European power socket adapter. The rest of the property was nice and clean as well, and no noise came from the street at night. The location was great, too - only a few minutes' walk from the historical centre of Larnaka and from the seafront.

The place is top knoch. Original interior and beautiful pool area. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Also room cleaning made everyday. 5minutes walk to literally anything in the city. Would recommend for someone who would like a calm stay. Did not try the breakfast menu sadly but nearby is an amazing bakery that is a must to visit and try their scones. 20mins from and to airport with taxi is 25 EUR one way.

Fantastic stay! We visited Lokàl Boutique Hotel for just a day, and we wish we could stay for the entire week, since we were pleasantly surprised in so many ways! Our room was of a great size, with modern amenities, hot water throughout the day and very clean. The staff were knowledgeable and happy to support us with our requests. The design of these two buildings is just great - it’s an amazing project preserving the old next to the new - very rare found in Cyprus and such an architectural gem for Larnaca. We would recommend this place for couples & friends. We will definitely be back.

Big and quiet room. Comfortable beds. Location in the city center very close to the beach. Excellent breakfast - rich and delicious, nice coffee.
