The bed and breakfast is fitted with a satellite flat-screen TV. Towels and bed linen are featured in the bed and breakfast. The accommodation offers an air conditioning, a heating and a private bathroom.

Location - quiet in the middle of the country. size of room. Helpfulness of host - we are walking the Via Francigena so we were disappointed to find that the local restaurant as mentioned in our guidebook had closed and it was a 5km walk on a busy road to the next source of an evening meal. Our host offered to drive us there to collect some food and wine, which we then ate outside as the sun went down and the owls called and the stars came out . Friendly cat.

From Julia as the host, who gave us the best tips to go around, wine testing, resturants and made us feel like at home to the exteriors and interiors of the property. In the morning you are able to choose from various home made, fresh stuff for breakfast. Would love to go there again soon.

Offering an outdoor pool and an on-site restaurant, Il Podere Degli Artisti is set in San Casciano dei Bagni, 3 minutes' drive from the thermal baths. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property.

All the rooms come with a private bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Some units include a seating area for your convenience.

A guesthouse just a short walk from a beautiful small town, near both the archaeological ruins of the Roman baths ( where visitors can still bathe in thermal waters and visit the small museum in town to learn more about the history of these baths) and near the large and luxurious Fonteverde Spa, where day treatments and pools are built around the same ancient thermal springs. The guesthouse is small and charming in a lovely location, and staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome.

Podere Orto Winery is an 18th-century building located 1 km outside the village of Trevinano at an altitude of 650 meters. This eco-friendly property produces biodynamic wine. Free WiFi and a free private parking are available on site.

With wooden furnishings and terracotta floors, the suite rooms have views of the surroundings and a private bathroom, some with a spa bath. Rooms come with elegant décor and embroidered bed linen.

I loved learning about winemaking at Podere Orto itself but also about all the work in the region related to sustainable farming and healthy, traditional foods. Breakfast at Podere Orto under the grapevine outside was fabulous, as was the food in nearby osterias and restaurants.

Located in a quiet countryside village with a small number of local shops and restaurants, including Restaurant Daniela which was a delight to eat at. Room had a cottage feel to it and was surrounded by trees and plants. Bathroom was new and clean. There was a tasty assortment of food for breakfast and a little courtyard to eat in. Parking was also a breeze.

Our short stay with Patrizia has exceeded all our expectations. Location is amazing, quiet, extremely pretty and really tuscan. Rooms are immaculate and super comfortable mixing charm of wood and old stones with modern comfort. Patrizia is the best host. Going the extra mile to accommodate us all (including our little dog peanut) and make our stay unforgettable. With Francesco managing the stove, staying for dinner is a must! It was my wife's birthday and we got an outstanding celebration.
