A very beautifully furnished villa with a stunning view to wake up to every morning, a paradise of privacy with an empty amazing beach next to you, what could be better? We really enjoyed the wonderful meals for breakfast, lunch and especially dinner each day. Sri Lankan food dinners experience was unforgettable! Don’t hesitate to ask for anything you want and you will get much more that exceed your expectations!

If you want to find a quiet place in a beautiful secluded area for a fair price, this is your stay! The room was good, ac also working and the shower functional. The staff was very friendly and helpfull and the area itself is beautifull. A quiet beach is on walking distance and you can watch the sun sink in the ocean from an extra terrace. Breakfast and dinner were nice as well. And as bonus, on arrival we got a tour of the surrounding area, beaches, even a little climbing tour over the rocks! Ask for neighbour Ravi ;) he will tell you everything about different fish, lobsters, oysters en the local life in that area!

Everything was perfect. When my wife made the booking, I didn't expect many facilities. I only agreed to stay only one night at Villa 45 because our main day was planned for the next day. After staying at Villa 45 I was so happy since it was worth it in every aspect. The caretaker of the property Mr. Raj was really helpful, and also the owner Mr. Nipun took care of everything we need. When I ask him to book a river safari boat he quickly arranged it for an affordable price. I must mention the 'Maadu' river safari was amazing. My overall experience was really awesome and I highly recommend Villa 45.
