Excellent location, 2 mins to the port also 5 mins to the beach and directly in the sweet small town with restaurants. Amazing host, very helpful and thoughtful! We booked two rooms as a family and since there are altogether three rooms, shared the kitchen with just one other couple. Great outdoor seating and rooftop terrace overlooking the port. We had a great time, will definitely return!

Wonderful location, a 5-minute walk to the beach. The space is clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. Very true to the photos on the site. The management and staff were kind, and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Including having chilled water in the room upon our arrival on an exceptionally hot day. Breakfast was delicious we were sorry we couldn't stay longer. We highly recommend anyone to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

The highlight was definitely the garden, which made the kids always busy and happy. The apartment is not very fancy but is spacious, clean, has everything you need and is just 5min walk to the beautiful beach. We came end of March so it was still quite cold at night, the hosts were so nice that even heated up the rooms in advance. It is a beautiful place to stay and we would definitely come back again.

A beautiful garden and private walk way straight to the beach and pine forest water front! The breakfast was a la carte and was very delicious with local breads and cheeses as well as meats! The dinner was also exceptionally delicious! The service was amazing as well! What we loved was the proximity to everything we rented a boat one of the days and the harbor to pick up the boat was just down the street 4 min away as well as the small village! We loved our stay and will be back!

Nonna Rosa was sweet and checked in us fast even though we communicated in Italian gestures but that was even warmer and better. Rooms are not big but very cosy. A/C, kitchen, washing machine, beach, nearby fruit stand is outstanding Sardegna fruits, and Pasticceria was just to die for in authenticity. Great stay. In cooler weather little garden and sardinian barbeque would be even better too.

The flat was spotless clean and had all the necessary things and also a lovely balcony. If we ever come back to Santa Maria Navarrese, which we might do because it is such a lovely village, we will definitely go back to stay at Civico46!

In a few days we were able to visit the famous Cala Golorizè, Cala Mariolu e Cala Luna. We rode our bikes to Arbataz, the lido in Orrì and the beach in Cea. This place is fantastic !
