Everything perfectly clean. Host is absolutely nice and helpful. Value/price ratio would be excellent even if the price was four times higher. Such a place is definitely every traveller's dream.

The apartment was absolutely clean, very nice looking, modern, simple in the best way. We had an equiped kitchen, a dishwasher, a washing machine with a dryer, which was really useful, we stayed for two weeks. We found lots of cleaning supplies, nothing was missing. A fridge with a freezer, many clean towels and also bed linens. Restaurant and three cafes right on the street under, plus delicious gelato. Very nice owners, very polite and helpful, thank you for being so accommodating.
