The peace and quiet, located 10 minutes outside of Penrith on farming land, the loudest noise we heard during our stay was the goats grazing. The hut itself was lovely, clean, tidy and cozy, perfect for a quiet getaway. It was lovely to make a morning coffee, open the hut doors and sit outside and enjoy the views out into the dales. On an evening, you can enjoy a BBQ whilst waiting for the hot tub to warm up (this can take several hours, a tip might be to ask the owners to pre-heat it for you if possible, especially in the colder months), then relax around the fire pit. There was even a chilled bottle of Prosecco waiting for us in the fridge. Only communicated with the owner, Cleone, through e-mail as she informed us she had personal guests and would be busy.

The location was spectacular and the hosts were v v sweet and helpful. The sunrise in the location is spectacular. It’s quite a comfortable setup for a family and kids as well.

Everything was perfect was nice to be greeted and shown round by Phillipa given the keys and contact number if any problems talked about the local area where I discovered 2 old quarrys to walk the dogs and felt like home from home.

Haven Lakeland 3 Bed Luxury Caravan está a 28 km de Parque temático World of Beatrix Potter y ofrece jardín y bar, además de alojamiento con balcón y wifi gratis. The caravan was lovely- clean and comfy. Everything you needed including towels tea towels etc Host thought of everything with some treats left - and some for our grandchildren - not expected but appreciated and a lovely touch- correspondence with owner second to none- he really wanted to make sure we had a great time

The caravan is on a stunning park with its own lakes and lots to do. The caravan was comfortable and very clean. Great price and would definitely return if given the chance. The owners gave great instructions and were only happy to help with any questions we had.

Renison's Farm ofrece jardín y alojamiento con zona de cocina en Penrith, a 26 km de Askham Hall. Brougham Castle está a 22 km del alojamiento, y Whinfell Forest está a 24 km. Loved our stay so relaxing! Hot tub amazing, view was amazing… we spent the evening in the hottub then bbq and a glass of wine by the fire! So relaxing! The only downfall per se the composer toilet but hey ho you can survive you get the most relaxing time in return.

The caravan was exceptionally clean and fully equipped with everything we could need. Extra touches such as tea/coffee and biscuits on arrival were a lovely treat to save on a trip to the shops. Great communications from the owner meant we able to access the property with no issues. Great location for us with many beautiful places in the lakes only a short drive away. We would definitely book again as great value for money.

Cherry Trees Farm Campsite está en Welton y dispone de vistas a la montaña y jardín. Hay una zona de estar y de comedor en todas las unidades. I had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed the well equipped pod. The hot tub is very nice and worthwhile. I had a wonderful sleep. I am very appreciative of the owner going out of his way to accommodate me and my last-minute booking.
