“Very central, yet a bit off so calm surroundings. Close to shopping and many of the museums in the main city.”
“Compact comfortable room. Good safe location, close to a train station and Kensington gardens and Hyde park.”
“The location of this hotel is lovely and convenient. Surrounded by most shops and the generous Westfield London, the hotel is adequate for travellers looking to enjoy premium London stay with a comfortable shopping experience. This is now my mus-stay location whenever I visit. Much thanks to the courteous staff in all areas, reception, room service and bar who made the excellent experience complete. I thank you.”
“- The staff at reception were friendly and very helpful; great welcome to the hotel. - The room was immaculate, clean, comfortable and with great views. - The staff in the restaurant were courteous, friendly, and very effecient. - We had breakfast on both mornings that we stayed there and it was absolutely delicious and well presented. Served by a staff that were just absolutely wonderful. Thank you all for such a great experience.”
“The location of the hotel is excellent....about 5 minutes to the Kensington High Street Underground Station. Steps to Hyde Park. A few minutes walk to a host of restaurants. My room looked out over Kensington Palace. I had a Queen room which was extremely comfortable with high quality furnishings and bedding. Staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay here again. Loved it!”
“Hotel is located right on the Thames Staff was absolutely outstanding, especially Katie in registration, and all members of the concierge Very warm & inviting Excellent food in all of their restaurants Best cocktails we've ever tasted in their bar”

“elegant, classy, comfortable, and i bumped into a celebrity in the promenade at new year's eve! such a lovely experience!”
“The Z hotel was everything it said it would be. I loved the location, staff and especially the cleanliness!! The rooms are small but they advertised the room measurements. To give you an idea, a double room was perfect for a solo person!! The sound proofing of the windows was great as I was on the theatre side. Thanks once again Z hotel you are everything you said you would be and everything I needed for a 4 night get away to the theatre distinct.”
“The staff is so perfect that one would forgive any other negative aspect, if there was one. I loved everything: the rooms, spacious and comfortable, the location, the lovely decoration.... Wonderful!”
“The lobby of the hotel is a trendy bar/restaurant. It gets really busy but the rooms are really quiet.”
“High standard of finish and detail, excellent attentive service, quiet yet very convenient location, top draw.”
“From the moment we stepped into the hotel we were greeted warmly by the staff. The room was spacious with a great view. Bathroom was almost perfect with lovely toiletries and a super shower. We found it perfect for visiting Tate Modern and BFI Southbank and easy to reach the rest of London. Blackfriars tube station is just across the bridge, by far the closest.”
“This hotel location really works for me, as I regularly visit an office near Victoria station. It's about 1 minute walk to Victoria, and 15 minutes walk to Big Ben. Staff are really friendly and social. Room is small but contemporary, clean and well thought out. Bed really comfy. I love the cheese and wine 'party' held every evening :o) Great value, excellent hotel in central London. I'll be back...again.”
“Near three tube stops, around the corner from the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, and easily reachable from London City Airport, this hotel is extremely convenient for exploring central London. Staff were friendly, rooms small but generally comfortable, and the place overall quiet.”
“We chose a city hotel because we like the location, It can be a fair distance to walk into central london but their are plenty buses not 5 minutes away . When booking i requested a high floor with a view as it was my wifes birthday ,[ You dont ask you don't get.] Surprise, we were upgraded to the top floor with a view of Tower Bridge. The hotel is very nice. The staff could not do enough for you from the doorman ,reception and restaurant staff. 4 Star yes.”
“The hotel is centrally located beside the Tower of London and only 8 miles from London City Airport. The hotel's rooftop bar is worth visiting and boasts great views of London Tower and bridge.”
“The bed was comfortable and the room was really spacious. The hotel is located in a nice district, although it takes 10-15 minutes to get to the nearest train station (Crystal Palace). There is a number of old-fashioned pubs and good-value-for-money restaurants. It takes a 30-50 to get to the city center, but there are direct trains to London Bridge and London Victoria.”
