Lancaster London Very good 8.2 size of rooms bathroom room service
Claridge's Wonderful 9.2 The atmosphere in the foyer is unbeatable. Lively yet civilized at the same time. Most staff were friendly and accommodating.
Britannia International Hotel Canary Wharf Good 7.1 We had a lovely large comfortable room overlooking the water, were very close to the DLR and Underground plus the activity of the interesting Canary Wharf area and surrounds. Preferred the old fashioned comfort and decor to the sleek modern hotels
St Giles London – St Giles Classic Hotel Good 7.5 Everything was good about my stay at St. Giles, especially the service in the reception.
Grange St Paul's Hotel Excellent 8.7 Value for money luxury and service
Kensington Close Hotel And Spa Good 7.7 We got a free upgrade to a bigger room, because of the baby, so that was very kind. Then we had also free Wifi, which helped a lot for organizing things in London. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location near Kensington Hight Street is perfect. Also it was very quiet and we had a wonderful view from our room (8th floor).
K West Hotel & Spa Very good 8.2 it is a hip hotel; young staff, mostly young guests. The staff is very accommodating, very friendly
The Savoy Wonderful 9.2 We stayed in the Winston Churchill suite. It was amazing! Hugh excellent views and butler service. (Didn't know what to do with a butler). This property was on my bucket list. The box is ticked and I'd come back. It is very pricey!
The Ritz London Wonderful 9.2 I loved the furniture & privacy Rules of afternoon tea ( still very traditional)
The Dorchester - Dorchester Collection Wonderful 9 This hotel doesn't need a review, it speaks for itself. First class in everything.

The Hoxton, Shoreditch Wonderful 9 My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We arrived well before check in , but they graciously allowed us to check in. Not to mention the hotel is riddled with great amenities. For example, free internet, an awesome grill, and an hour of free international phone calls nightly. The location is in a happening hipster area, with tons of diverse stores and dinning options. I would recommend this hotel for the young adult or couple on a heart beat!
Sunborn London Wonderful 9.1 Sunborn just rose the bar! One of the best experience I've ever had. Room size is great Furniture is new and shiny! I love the fact that there was a water hose in the bathroom! Really neat and tidy!

Hotels that guests love in London

    • This hotel location really works for me, as I regularly visit an office near Victoria station. It's about 1 minute walk to Victoria, and 15 minutes walk to Big Ben. Staff are really friendly and social. Room is small but contemporary, clean and well thought out. Bed really comfy. I love the cheese and wine 'party' held every evening :o) Great value, excellent hotel in central London. I'll be back...again.

    • Near three tube stops, around the corner from the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, and easily reachable from London City Airport, this hotel is extremely convenient for exploring central London. Staff were friendly, rooms small but generally comfortable, and the place overall quiet.

    • We chose a city hotel because we like the location, It can be a fair distance to walk into central london but their are plenty buses not 5 minutes away . When booking i requested a high floor with a view as it was my wifes birthday ,[ You dont ask you don't get.] Surprise, we were upgraded to the top floor with a view of Tower Bridge. The hotel is very nice. The staff could not do enough for you from the doorman ,reception and restaurant staff. 4 Star yes.

    • The hotel is centrally located beside the Tower of London and only 8 miles from London City Airport. The hotel's rooftop bar is worth visiting and boasts great views of London Tower and bridge.

    • The bed was comfortable and the room was really spacious. The hotel is located in a nice district, although it takes 10-15 minutes to get to the nearest train station (Crystal Palace). There is a number of old-fashioned pubs and good-value-for-money restaurants. It takes a 30-50 to get to the city center, but there are direct trains to London Bridge and London Victoria.
