“This hotel is centrally situated to most of the famous sites. It overlooks Hyde Park's Italian Garden and is a 5 minute walk to Kensington Palace. Oxford Street, Notting hill and Paddington are all within walking distance too. The staff all went out of their way to accommodate us including upgrading our room to an 18th floor Exec Club suite, breakfast was included and the highlight was the fireworks on New Years Eve from our bedroom window but not forgetting the beehives and the delicious honey cake! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, from our cleaning lady to the barman , front of house and the concierge. Would I stay here again? .... Yes most definately. I even have my ' friends of the Lancaster ' card !”
“Very cheap swimming pool and sauna, ability to order food into the room for no extra cost (if you pick it up yourself at the ground floor), etc, etc”
“Location , Staff , Breakfast , Room”
“Compact comfortable room. Good safe location, close to a train station and Kensington gardens and Hyde park.”
“Try to get a room on the 3rd or 4th floor”
“everything .. the3 service the rooms were the best”

“Amazing place and everyone should go at least once as it is out of this world. Staff so friendly and helpful. Food /service top class. Best ever Birthday stay. Afternoon Tea is a must. Longing to go back again.”
“The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The room and facilities are of exceptional quality and more than comfortable.”
“Spacious twin beds. Large rooms. Great bathroom. Speedy check in and out.”
“This was my second stay at a Z hotel. I love the concept of efficient (read:tiny) but well equipped and modern rooms, combined with the great staff and free-cheese-and-wine offer. Value for money in London”
“Without exception we met portiers, concierges, service and receptionists and everybody was so nice in any ways. Both we are travelling a lot. We were very positive surprised from the arrival to the departure. Especially their scrambled eggs : ) Cheers”
“We stayed for 1 night and got the room at an excellent rate. We were really pleased to hear we were entitled to free breakfast too!”
“It was my first time travelling to the UK- The staff went over and above their duty to assist with my travel needs and make me feel welcome and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner was delicious, the room was tidy, clean and cozy.”
“This hotel location really works for me, as I regularly visit an office near Victoria station. It's about 1 minute walk to Victoria, and 15 minutes walk to Big Ben. Staff are really friendly and social. Room is small but contemporary, clean and well thought out. Bed really comfy. I love the cheese and wine 'party' held every evening :o) Great value, excellent hotel in central London. I'll be back...again.”
“Near three tube stops, around the corner from the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, and easily reachable from London City Airport, this hotel is extremely convenient for exploring central London. Staff were friendly, rooms small but generally comfortable, and the place overall quiet.”
“We chose a city hotel because we like the location, It can be a fair distance to walk into central london but their are plenty buses not 5 minutes away . When booking i requested a high floor with a view as it was my wifes birthday ,[ You dont ask you don't get.] Surprise, we were upgraded to the top floor with a view of Tower Bridge. The hotel is very nice. The staff could not do enough for you from the doorman ,reception and restaurant staff. 4 Star yes.”
“The hotel is centrally located beside the Tower of London and only 8 miles from London City Airport. The hotel's rooftop bar is worth visiting and boasts great views of London Tower and bridge.”
“The bed was comfortable and the room was really spacious. The hotel is located in a nice district, although it takes 10-15 minutes to get to the nearest train station (Crystal Palace). There is a number of old-fashioned pubs and good-value-for-money restaurants. It takes a 30-50 to get to the city center, but there are direct trains to London Bridge and London Victoria.”
