“Staff went out of their way to show us the bee hives on the roof because we had expressed interest and then took us up to the top of the hotel to show us the view across London, certainly that was extra service.”
“Just about everything. I had a speciell request at the reception to print important business documents and were extremely helpfull to assist me i was so gratefull”
“location location location! Rooms abit small but I've stayed in smaller! Breakfast was delicious and plentiful! Booking to return in February! Two seconds from Oxford street and a 8min walk from the palladium which was the reason myself and my mum stayed here!”
“We were after a comfortable room with all amenities to collapse at night and look forward to a great breakfast, to then head out again next day to explore London. Everything that we needed was at a very short walking distance, shopping, transport, restaurants, etc.”
“The location of this hotel is lovely and convenient. Surrounded by most shops and the generous Westfield London, the hotel is adequate for travellers looking to enjoy premium London stay with a comfortable shopping experience. This is now my mus-stay location whenever I visit. Much thanks to the courteous staff in all areas, reception, room service and bar who made the excellent experience complete. I thank you.”
“Everything was great ... as I have a gluten free diet it was easy for me at Ramada hotel ... found good food - even soya milk ... everything perfect - staff very helpful .... would definitely visit again ... near the station - 20 min away from London Tower and maybe 15 min more from Oxford street etc ... great value for money.”
“Location to subway system was great. Very friendly staff from the doorman to the housekeeping staff. I will definitely stay here again.”
“The personal service and genuine concern of the staff who did their very best to ensure our stay was perfect. Possibly the best Hotel I have stayed at. The view from our suite was sublime.”

“Amazing staff and service and so friendly. Great food in a great setting. Thoughtfully laid out and equiped bedrooms. It was like a voyage of discovery checking out all the bits n pieces in the rooms. We had a brilliant happy (and restful when we wanted it) four days! Now our hotel of choice in London!”
“From first view to leaving ,outstanding in every way. exceptional Staff .”
“This hotel location really works for me, as I regularly visit an office near Victoria station. It's about 1 minute walk to Victoria, and 15 minutes walk to Big Ben. Staff are really friendly and social. Room is small but contemporary, clean and well thought out. Bed really comfy. I love the cheese and wine 'party' held every evening :o) Great value, excellent hotel in central London. I'll be back...again.”
“Near three tube stops, around the corner from the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, and easily reachable from London City Airport, this hotel is extremely convenient for exploring central London. Staff were friendly, rooms small but generally comfortable, and the place overall quiet.”
“We chose a city hotel because we like the location, It can be a fair distance to walk into central london but their are plenty buses not 5 minutes away . When booking i requested a high floor with a view as it was my wifes birthday ,[ You dont ask you don't get.] Surprise, we were upgraded to the top floor with a view of Tower Bridge. The hotel is very nice. The staff could not do enough for you from the doorman ,reception and restaurant staff. 4 Star yes.”
“The hotel is centrally located beside the Tower of London and only 8 miles from London City Airport. The hotel's rooftop bar is worth visiting and boasts great views of London Tower and bridge.”
“The bed was comfortable and the room was really spacious. The hotel is located in a nice district, although it takes 10-15 minutes to get to the nearest train station (Crystal Palace). There is a number of old-fashioned pubs and good-value-for-money restaurants. It takes a 30-50 to get to the city center, but there are direct trains to London Bridge and London Victoria.”
