First, I'd like to express my gratitude to the host. We arrived late at night, but they were really kind to us. Fresh air , so private, It was perfect for my family. I was worried when it suddenly got cold, but the heating system worked perfectly, so we stayed really warm, and The view overlooking the vineyard is truly beautiful.

All bedrooms are en-suite, comfortable and lovely and clean with great air-conditioning and more importantly the most amazing views of of the countryside, San Miniato and clear star studded skies. This is a fabulous house for get togethers and parties as it has a lovely terrace with incredible views. The pool is glorious in the heat of high summer in Tuscany and the hosts are absolutely charming, thank you for our stay!

Pool bar service in the afternoons was great. The grounds and setting are truly inspiring. I've read some reviews that the rooms are dated but ours was exactly as the photos: basic and yes a bit dated, but comfortable, spacious and had what we needed. Secure too. The new air conditioning was very much appreciated. Reliable WiFi, friendly staff who were able to help a lot of the time.
