The location was ideal—just a short (though slightly steep) walk from the city center, giving the best of both worlds: easy access to attractions while still enjoying a quiet, elevated retreat with lovely views. The climb back up was a bit of a workout, but taxis were always available for those who prefer not to walk. The hotel itself was cozy and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and exceptionally friendly staff who made me feel right at home. Now, the **breakfast** was a real highlight! A generous buffet! It was the perfect way to start the day before heading out to explore. Highly recommended for travelers who want a peaceful stay close to the action, don’t mind a little uphill stroll, and appreciate a fantastic morning meal!

The 5-star Swissotel Sarajevo offers contemporary designed rooms, ideally located 1.8 km from Latin bridge and 2.1 km from Bascarsija Street. The hotel is very nice The room was amazing Breakfast excellent But what we liked the most about this hotel was the staff at the reception. Thanks to Hafsa, we felt like in a real 5 star hotel. Hafsa was professional, friendly and helpful. Hvala :)

Our hosts were perfect, and went above and beyond!
