Nestled in the very heart of Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle and just steps away from the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC, The RuMa means home in its literal sense. Every single thing. This was probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in ALOT all over the world. The service was the best I’ve ever had. The vibe was phenomenal. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about this spot. The location was great. The tower view from the room was beautiful. I’d go back to KL just to stay here. The pool bar was exceptional. The service truly was something else. And the hotel itself was stunning

I love the attention to small details of this hotel. The room was small for its price, but the bed and the pillows were very comfortable. Their staff are very attentive and warm. The minimalistic design of the lobby was impressive and very pleasant to the eyes. The view from the pool is beautiful. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

Great location for exploring city centre, , apartment is fully functional and has everything needed. Great staff. Light switches in the room had their purpose written right on them so you don't have to guess what it is responsible for :) Tap with filtered water in the room instead of bottled water was convenient.

KLoe Hotel ligger i Kuala Lumpur, 5 minutters gang fra Starhill Gallery. Dette overnatningssted med 4 stjerner har en udendørs swimmingpool. Great one night stay at Kloe hotel, located close to many attractions with quality food options nearby. Cool retro vibes, in a new, clean establishment. The staff was warm and helpful. Our rooms were spacious, the king size bed was very firm (7-8 out of 10), plenty of pillows, decoration/style is in very pleasing. Shampoo/conditioner and body wash provided. Deserves it's current 5 star rating, excellent price for the quality.

Friendly staff very helpful including helping with our laundry. Security is also really nice and they upgraded our room for free which was amazing, room was massive with great views and excellent large bathroom with 2 sinks!! Would recommend for anyone wanting bougie room for more reasonable prices
