The location was beautiful! We had an amazing view of Lago Villarrica from our apartment! Breakfast was brought to us every day and it was very generous! The staff was extremely friendly and responsive - everything was perfect and we had a lovely stay - great value, too! The whole property is well kept inside and out. Very clean and comfortable !

Stunning! Large, beautifully furnished and comfortable room with a breathtaking view over the lake! The best shower in Chile! A quick drive to Pucón, so great location as well. The hotel is gorgeous, with an honesty bar, delicious breakfast and attentive, welcoming hosts. Highly recommend!

Super friendly staff, absolutely delicious breakfast and wonderfully furnished with great surroundings. The location of the accommodation is great, just a few minutes walk to the city, at the same time it is very quiet at night. Parking available, but these may be occupied by non-hotel guests and you may have to park in the courtyard.

Lovely, grand hotel in Pucon. The management was so helpful to me, and I enjoyed classy breakfasts in the dining room. Service at breakfast was great... fresh juice.. lovely eggs (made to please Yankees! gggg) , kuchen, fruits, and real coffee with leche or cream. Easy parking.. and great help with my bags. The location is far enough away from the crazy center of town to be peaceful at night, but close enough to walk into centro.

The breakfast is good, with fair variety of food. The staff is absolutely kind. Our bedroom was comfortable and with a great view to the volcano.
