Fantastic apartment in a quiet location, we stayed in the ground floor apartment which has the bonus of a nice terrace area. The rooms were large, and beautifully kept. Phil, our host, was very welcoming and helpful. Only 1.6 miles from Lincoln Cathedral, easy and cost effective taxi ride into town, didn’t have to worry about parking nor paying for parking. Just brilliant.

very comfortable room although a little dated but I am told an up date is happening soon. the staff are excellent and nothing was too much trouble, and breakfast was excellent as well. we returned for lunch after my granddaughters cap and gown at the cathedral and again the food and service was first class. all in all a great hotel.

I decided to book a room in this hotel for its location (distance from transportation services, position, price, etc.). The position is perfect and fully met my expectations. Staff was amazing, super friendly, and respectful of my needs. The room was ideal for my stay. Overall, good quality compared to services received. I'll return here for my next trip to Lincoln.

The lady at reception was very friendly and welcoming. She helped us get a taxi and found us a good location to get it to. There was a gentleman that brought up room service and had found my partners wallet that he didn't realised he's dropped. All very helpful. Rooms were cleaned and comfortable too.

La ubicación es perfecta. Estoy muy enamorada de la catedral de Lincoln y este hotel tiene la ubicación perfecta para dar un paseo por sus jardines en las mañanas. El personal excelente, tanto en recepción como las chicas de limpieza. Nos permitieron guardar el equipaje precio check in y después del check out. Incluso olvidé unas cosas en la habitación y se contactaron telefónicamente al día siguiente para devolverlo. No hay quejas!
